11/08/2024: Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare qui il nostro matrimonio: è stata la scelta giusta prima di tutto per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. Leonardo ci ha seguito dalla scelta del menu fino al giorno stesso, impareggiabile. Location meravigliosa, romantica, immersa nel verde, a pochi passi dal paese ma tranquillissima. Le sale interne affascinanti e accoglienti. Il menu ha soddisfatto tutti: tortelli, riso mele e speck spettacolare, roast beff, guancialino più che spettacolare. Ci sono venuti incontro anche su esigenze alimentari particolari. Anche il vino proposto dalla casa notevole. In più lo staff ci ha aiutato terminando l'allestimento di fiori e bomboniere in modo delizioso, e ci ha seguito e assistito per le esigenze fotografiche. La Sorgente è più che consigliato. E non solo per matrimoni o cerimonie e feste: ci siamo stati anche per una cena di coppia ed è stato tutto ugualmente meraviglioso e delizioso!

11/01/2025: Siamo stati qua a cena mio marito ed io, lui ha preso pesce e io carne. Risotto con frutti alla pescatora e frittura di pesce con verdurine, tagliatelle al ragù e Petroniana (cotoletta bolognese) a seguire mascarpone e torta Tenerina. Il ragù delle tagliatelle buono 😋 come quello che faccio io e la Petroniana molto tenera e con un giusto equilibrio tra il prosciutto crudo e la salsa di Parmigiano che non coprivano il sapore della carne di vitello. Anche i piatti di pesce molto buoni. Altrettanto anche i dessert. Personale molto gentile.

04/08/2024: My experience at this hotel and restaurant was overall pleasant. The rooms proved to be clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment during the stay. The bathroom accessories provided were complete and well-maintained, while the airtight windows ensured peace and quiet during the night. However, I noticed some small problems that could be improved. In particular, the shower head holder in the shower was broken, which made showering a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the wifi in the hotel was poor, which limited my ability to stay connected during my stay. Moving on to the restaurant, I found the food overall tasty and well prepared. The dishes offered were of good quality and satisfying. However, I must point out that the service in the restaurant was a bit mixed.
