24/10/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm not a big fan of sandwiches in general, but these are delicious. These are the best burgers I've ever eaten, and the prices are excellent.

23/10/2025: Really delicious, excellent service. My only wish, which I hope will come true to improve this already beautiful place, would be to include foods for celiacs, to increase customer base and inclusion for those less fortunate. 🙏🏼☺️

13/08/2025: Perhaps one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Light, easy to digest, with quality ingredients. The staff is young, not very experienced given their age, which can lead to some inattention, but overall very friendly and approachable. The prices are excellent for the quality. The Zapata, a mix of ingredients that blend perfectly, I recommend it; I would have eaten two more.

26/10/2025: A rustic restaurant nestled in the Ferrara countryside, surrounded by greenery. They serve traditional dishes, including homemade pasta, platters and tigelle, gnocco fritto, and grilled meats. For those who love these places, this is a must-try; you'll be thrilled.

25/10/2025: The pizza is very good, I haven't tried anything else but you can see from the look of it that it's all good.

07/10/2025: The place would be pleasant if it weren't for the consistently high room temperature; chaotic service (the last pizza was served after the first served had already finished), but the pizzas were exceptional. The wine (and they were out of two of the wines on the menu), desserts, and spirits were mediocre. Update 2025: slow and haphazard service; no one came to the table for 45 minutes; the pizza dough has deteriorated.

01/11/2025: First time and I think last time... "Osteria" and they serve you the first courses in gourmet dishes hahaha... Ridiculous portions of paccheri for the price, the bean and clam soup (almost impossible to find on the plate) without any particular flavor (it seems like something from the past), good fried food, dry but very expensive in my opinion (especially compared to the price of the cone to go)... summary: 3 fried dishes, a first course (5 paccheri on the plate), 1 bean soup, 1 bottle of prosecco (20 euros), 1 dessert and 2 coffees.. total 140 euros... a bit too much. For the same amount per person you can eat in other places with the same quality but at least with a slightly fuller belly.

30/10/2025: The first course (spaghetti alla chitarra with clams) was very good, perhaps a little too small for my taste. The second course was a delicious and plentiful fried dish. Definitely recommended.

01/11/2025: Seeing as this place is in the Michelin guide, I expected more. The pasta dishes were quite good, although the portions were on the smaller side. The pork medallions were quite hard and the potato pure just tasteless. Desserts were good. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but not what we had initially expected.

26/10/2025: Unfortunately, I find myself writing a less than positive review of this place, which used to be one of our favorites. The difference since the last few times is that they've drastically reduced the amount of food on the plates. We had tortellini in broth, which was also salty and the broth tasted like stock cubes, but the most annoying thing was the number of tortellini, which was truly minimal, something that never happened in the past. Even with the gnocco, they usually kept offering it to you until you had to refuse, but that doesn't happen anymore. Even the cotolette petroniana seemed smaller than last time (although very good), and it's strange that if you ask for it plain, meaning just fried, it's not possible. With all those asterisks on the menu, we suspect it's all frozen and reheated. Even for dessert, the zuppa inglese had no cream, just biscuits, when in the past it was completely the opposite and we were amazed by how good it was. As for the bill, I don't know if the prices have gone up, but we certainly didn't get the usual treatment. For what we paid, it was not worth it and we are really sorry about that.

18/10/2025: Always a very popular and genuine trattoria, the absolute strong point is the pan pizza, a tradition that has resisted over time. A must if you come here, however they also manage first and second courses and a decent dessert menu. Takeaway is possible for pizza. I recommend booking on weekends. Total applause for the bill policy that in recent years has gotten out of hand, but not at Monte because it is as it should be: honest!

29/08/2025: To err is human, but to persevere is diabolical..!! I ordered a rare fillet with porcini mushrooms, and after more than half an hour (the room was very small), a grilled fillet arrived, rare but frozen. I point out that after 2 minutes the waitress comes and pretends to have made a mistake with the order and asks me, "Didn't you want it super rare?" I replied, "Rare with porcini mushrooms," and it arrived cold, not with porcini mushrooms. I send it back, and after 2 minutes it comes with the fillet cut into pieces, ricotta in porcini mushrooms. I eat to leave. But when it comes to the bill, it's not possible. I wanted the discount, but at least the correct invoice to clear the bill. I repeated to him more than once that the SDI wasn't present, and he pretended not to. Nothing. The point is, if you don't want to work, close!

28/10/2025: I stayed at the Grand Hotel Cesenatico for work and had a truly wonderful time. The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, right on the sea and close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, ideal for those who need to unwind after a busy day. The staff was always helpful and professional, attentive to every need. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was generous and excellent, with a sea view. Recommended for both business trips and relaxing getaways!

02/08/2025: The Grand Hotel in Cesenatico is a historic property of great charm, boasting nearly a century of history, evident in every detail. The lobby is spectacular and evocative, with period furnishings that convey the elegance of days gone by. The outdoor spaces are also meticulously maintained and in keeping with the hotel's prestigious name. However, precisely because it is a Grand Hotel and not a mere 4-star, I believe some aspects deserve a modernization to live up to expectations. The rooms are showing signs of age, with dated furniture, and our double room consisted of two single beds pushed together. The bathroom, while functional, doesn't offer amenities worthy of a 4-star seaside hotel of this caliber: it lacks small amenities such as disposable body lotion, a common feature in similarly sized establishments, and there are no soap dispensers, which would encourage greater environmental awareness and a reduction in plastic waste. The minibar is also understocked, and the disposable plastic cups clash with the image of a Grand Hotel. The shower built into the tub is a bit awkward, as is managing the water with two separate handles. On the plus side, I really appreciated the excellent quality of the linens: custom sheets and soft, thick towels, truly superior. The service, both in the hotel and on the beach, was also impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, however, could be improved to offer an experience more in keeping with the hotel's name and history. My criticism is constructive: the Grand Hotel has every potential to return to its former glory and, with some modernization, not only maintain its four-star rating but perhaps one day even aspire to a fifth.

20/10/2025: The negative service experience certainly isn't attributable to the waiters, but rather to the long wait for the main course. We arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 PM: The first courses were served almost immediately, while the second courses didn't arrive until around 3:10 PM, despite two reminders within two hours. I understand the confusion and appreciate the apology, but it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience, especially since we had a return flight to Sicily and had to cancel our plans before our departure. I certainly recommend the restaurant, but I also advise the restaurant owners to reserve fewer seats so as to accommodate the needs of the dining room without causing disruption to their customers.

20/10/2025: The atmosphere is great, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, the lasagna is subpar, I didn't like the cutlet, the desserts are good. The price is right.

The menu is varied and well-thought out: excellent coffees, original breakfast and light lunch options, and cocktails crafted with attention to detail. Each dish is beautifully presented, meticulously crafted, and prepared with quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the owner: extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. She's clearly passionate about what she does and manages to create a family atmosphere that makes the place even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to chat with friends, sip a good coffee, or enjoy a cocktail in complete relaxation.

25/10/2025: I liked my girlfriend the most.. she was delicious, nice and everything was great.. I'm happy for her. I myself liked the pizza, her pizza, the wine... before going here, I read all the bad reviews, none of them were true.. pay less attention to the bad reviews.. everything is great here.. All in all!!!

22/10/2025: The family that runs this restaraunt was so friendly and accommodating to us. Our dog (which they eagerly welcomed inside) was feeling a little antsy, and the waiter came over with a bowl of water and a fist full of cut up steak for him. In the end, the price was very reasonable! Very happy we decided to stop here.
