I've been coming to Food for years now. The selection is always varied, both meat and fish, and the menu includes an entrée, a main course, a dessert, a coffee, a glass of wine, and water. All for €15 if the main course is a first course or €20 if it's a second course. The service is fast and friendly. In short, TOP

Four of us visited this restaurant and we all had a great time. We ate really well: the dishes were truly exceptional, prepared with great care, using quality ingredients and flavors that truly made a difference. Every course won us over. The staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful throughout the evening, making us feel welcomed right away. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service attentive, and the timing was right. An absolutely positive experience that we recommend without hesitation and will happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A hidden gem I discovered in an unexpected place. For lunch, the set course menu is 20 euros per person, including an appetizer, a main course of octopus or a hamburger, tiramisu for dessert, and coffee. The taste isn't too salty, which is great. It is a restaurant that lives up to its name. It is a place I would like to visit again.

15/05/2026: Family lunch today. Elegant, yet understated. Gnocco fritto and culatta to share while waiting for the first courses. Excellent. The first courses too, two great classics (pisarei and fasò) and lean tortelli, and two that give a nod to innovation: tagliolini and tagliatelle with truly delicious sauces. Modern and pleasant plating. We were also very pleased with the desserts. Attentive and friendly service, yet always discreet, from a single waitress who "kept an eye" on parking tables, always with a smile. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the wines because I have to abstain, but the list was extensive. The bill wasn't excessive. I recommend a stop. We hope to return.

03/07/2026: An excellent experience in the heart of Piacenza My wife and I have dined at Enoteca da Renato several times and are increasingly enthusiastic each time. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, perfect for an evening for two. Each dish stands out for the excellent quality of the ingredients and the perfect blend of tradition and a touch of sophistication. Two nights ago in particular, we started with an excellent appetizer of quality Piacenza cured meats, followed by exquisite fish main courses, such as roasted octopus and a revisited parmigiana, truly worth trying. The wine selection, with interesting local labels, and the attentive yet unobtrusive service deserve special mention. This is a true Piacenza gem for those who love good food and wine.
30/06/2026: Perfect place to eat excellent local cuisine even at a somewhat busy time.
