Well done, apart from the meat which wasn't exceptional, everything else was excellent.

I didn't like the bistro's appetizer, mortadella with crescentine (or fried dumplings)... the fried crescentine, in my opinion, were behind cooking... they weren't swollen and too light in color... I have to have the first courses on the restaurant menu I must say that they did not disappoint me... both the tortellini in broth and the tagliatelle with ragù were both made according to tradition... the bad surprise was the bill... 160 euros for two, without wine, seems a little too much to me. .and this is because we let ourselves be persuaded, by the waiter, to take a second course off the menu, which cost, that alone, 60 euros.. something that, certainly, will not be repeated.. so I advise everyone not to take anything off the menu..better to know in advance the price of the dish you are going to order..even the cost of the desserts, for me, wasn't worth it..the standing milk was good, but I have eaten better ones..the meat from the lamb shoulder of the second course was still too fatty.. and if I pay 60 euros for a dish, I have to be able to eat everything and leave only the bones.. and the potatoes with their skins too... they were always peeled.. I prefer traditional baked potatoes...the service was so slow that I had to postpone the cinema I had planned for after dinner...but the thing I really didn't like was being forced to eat outside the restaurant , under the porticoes, because the internal room of the restaurant was not open.. for all these things I only gave 3 stars, mostly for the raw materials of the food and the preparation of the dishes which, in any case, deserved.. even if The starter could have been done much better.

Pranzo in questo locale storico di Bologna con salette non molto grandi e accoglienti. Abbiamo provato degli ottimi carciofi alla brace e delle buone pappardelle con ragù bianco di cinghiale. Per secondo una buona tartare di manzo, e un'ottimo bollito della tradizione. Per finire una zuppa inglese non indimenticabile e un buon gelato con balsamico. Servizio attento e gentile. Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media.

Accoglienza e gentilezza. Carta con piatti elaborati con materie prime stagionali con attenzione alla qualità e all'equilibrio . Servizio attento e efficace.

Il servizio, eccellente con la presenza presumo il direttore Daniel, con la professionalità, ke già avevo conosciuto i altri ristoranti, al top, la cucina ok, poco organizzata, ma molto buona, ci tornerò. 👍

Chose this restaurant for the reviews and although it was lovely inside and the staff were great, I wasn’t in love with the meat. We ordered the T-Bone steak or “Fiorentina” and the meat wasn’t that amazing for the price (115€ for the dish which we ordered for two people). The quality of the meat wasn’t that great and for this reason I left a bit disappointed. Everything else was great.
