Great service, delicious food - highly recommended!

Il camino d'oro is a must-have in Bologna; the restaurant is meticulously maintained, welcoming, and intimate. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. All the dishes are perfect. I also tried their grilled meat, and it's truly extraordinary, even with friends to share. If you want something lighter and more carefree without sacrificing quality, head to Twin Side, which is still under the same management but is wonderful for an evening with friends. As for wines, they have something for every budget, and you can drink very well without spending too much. Special mention goes to the "amarologo" (a bitter expert) who will help you choose the best digestif for you, with the option of buying a half-dose and sampling more than one. Highly recommended!!!

Found by chance. Excellent pasta with ragù. The sautéed chicory is also good. Excellent service, yet friendly and approachable. Average bistro prices. Quality wines.

A restaurant that pays great attention to detail. Excellent, small menu but one that showcases the freshness of the ingredients. Excellent wine selection. Super friendly service that takes care of everything without you even noticing.

Great experience service is great and the food is amazing

Elegant atmosphere. Excellent hospitality. I was the guest of two American friends, and I inappropriately showed up with my 5-year-old Labrador and a 4-month-old female Labrador. They welcomed me with great tact and kindness. I knew the dogs wouldn't bother me. I risked ruining a brotherly friendship. Excellent lunch in great company. My American brother! Impeccable service. I'll return without bothering the dogs. Thank you very much.

We visited this Italian restaurant in Bologna after reading several very positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. The food was okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The service was good and the staff were polite and attentive. What really surprised us, however, were the portion sizes. They were extremely small considering the prices, which made the overall value disappointing. Given the reputation and cost, we expected much more.

Excellent quality of ingredients justifies the prices. Friendly, high-quality service. The only drawback is perhaps the tables are too close together.
