An experience I can only describe as positive. We had a wonderful meal, the service was kind and excellent, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend ordering the traditional dishes, especially the tortellini and tagliatelle al ragù, we were blown away (positively) by their deliciousness. The prices are truly excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Ca' Pelleti on Via Altabella is a small restaurant on a central street parallel to Via Rizzoli. It accommodates customers on two floors, in a small space with several tables, where they sit very close together. The staff is young and didn't give me a positive impression upon entering, with a cold welcome that suggested an unhealthy and tense working environment. The wait for our food was longer than it should have been. Four of us were on our lunch break, and we each ordered two different dishes. The meatballs were delicious! The tortellini were beautiful to look at. If I were to return, I hope to find a different atmosphere; it's become a very touristy place with little attention to detail. We recently returned for lunch. I can confirm the quality of the food and the positive welcome from a cheerful and very helpful waitress, but I have reservations about the others. It's already happened two or three times that when paying, the cashier hands us two printed receipts and crumples up the third. The third receipt is a 30% discount on purchases made at the store after 7 p.m., and I know this because I received it at the other store on Via Zamboni. It's not a nice thing! Especially if one store behaves well and gives the coupon, while the other deliberately doesn't.

05/06/2026: This hotel provides a high standard of accommodation. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. It feels like a quality product. Unfortunately, during our stay the hotel was undergoing renovation and so there were none of the normal services (bar, restaurant and spa) available. It was hard to find staff. Breakfast was a disappointment and not what you would expect from a four star hotel. They should have closed rather than offering such poor service.

11/06/2026: A true culinary highlight in the heart of Bologna! 🇮🇹✨ NOI – Quelli di Cantina Bentivoglio in the Mercato delle Erbe combines the relaxed atmosphere of a market with the quality of excellent traditional cuisine. We tried several dishes – including the Lasagne verdi tradizionali, Tagliatelle al ragù bolognese, the green stuffed pasta, and, to finish, a fantastic tiramisu. Everything was superb: fresh pasta, intense flavors, and exactly the honest, down-to-earth cuisine you look for in Bologna. The lasagne was particularly delightful – perfectly layered, creamy, with a rich ragù, and prepared with great care. The tiramisu was also a worthy finale: light, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the location in the Mercato delle Erbe creates a special atmosphere – vibrant, authentic, yet cozy. Here, you can feel the connection between tradition and modern Bolognese culinary culture. For anyone who wants to enjoy authentic pasta and regional specialties in Bologna, this is a definite recommendation. We would come back anytime! 🍝❤️
05/06/2026: We visited Bologna and stopped at the spice market and inside there is this bistro, a young, dynamic atmosphere. We treated ourselves to a nice platter of cold cuts accompanied by fried dumplings and nice hot focaccia. I recommend it.
