18/04/2025: Excellent typical Bolognese trattoria! I came on a Thursday evening and I recommend booking in advance because it was quite crowded. The place is very nice, and the service was very kind but above all very fast! We had gramigna with sausage, macaroni with white rabbit ragù and fried fish... it was all really excellent and of quality. The prices are average and in line with the quality of the dishes. I will definitely be back!

17/02/2025: We stayed in La Pace while visiting our friend in St Carlo. The accommodation was purposeful, spotlessly clean and had a lovely bathroom. The atmosphere was calm and we had everything we needed including kettle and hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had wonderful pizza and there was a vibrant cafe adjacent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Comfortable space and ample availability of seats inside with lounge room, tables and double covered outdoor terrace, overlooking the public gardens. Good assortment of pastries for breakfast and savory things for quick meals. - - - Music sometimes a little too loud and lights slightly redundant (personal taste).

04/01/2025: Cozy restaurant, friendly and fast staff. The fried dumpling is good and not very greasy. The polenta was good with wild boar but there was no sauce to season the polenta and a little bit of wild boar. Normally sweet. Correct account.

01/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera in questa pizzeria dopo aver cercato di prenotare senza mai riuscire da parecchio tempo. Servizio perfetto, pizza buona, classica. Vasto menù tradizionale, prezzi adeguati. Poco ricircolo di aria nel locale, usciamo coi vestiti che sanno di cucina. Bella serata, cena veloce, merita sempre.

14/01/2025: Ottima carne di qualità, fortissimi nell'affumicatura, vastissima scelta di Hamburger, prezzi onesti, personale simpatico e gentile, buona musica rock in sottofondo e belle le iniziative di ospitare gruppi dal vivo e di offrire ai clienti grigliate a domicilio (cioè da quel che ho capito, portano il barbecue e vengono a cucinare direttamente nel tuo cortile di casa, toppp). Tenerissimo il Brisket e ottimi i fagioli alla Bud Spencer, Complimenti!

22/03/2025: Lunch with friends in a nice place, good and plentiful food, friendly and helpful waiter and as an added value the cuddly kitten sleeping on an armchair at the entrance.

11/03/2025: We were a couple on two occasions and the place was very clean and tidy. I had some pumpkin tortelli which I really liked and the next time some cuttlefish ink tagliolini with salmon which were equally delicious, the desserts were also very good. the staff were friendly and courteous, in short, a good discovery, I will definitely return.

I would like to know if the owner has started a new business in the area and be able to find him! Is there any information about this??

28/12/2024: We were invited for a dinner with friends in Paolo's restaurant, for us it was the first time, others had already been there. The restaurant is inside a sports center, which makes free parking at dinner very convenient. Location nothing special, typical of a Trattoria. I took the tagliatelle with meat sauce, very salty and a portion smaller than the standard 80g for me. I don't recommend them. The fish depends, we took different things and tasted among ourselves. I didn't like the pan of calamarata, while the grilled calamari was good. The desserts are absolutely out of place and cost €7 and more for 2 scoops of ice cream. 8 first/8 second courses, 3 bottles of prosecco, 5 desserts and 2 coffees €51 each.. In short, quality of food and portions nothing special.. if we had paid €30 I think they wouldn't have given us anything.. But anyway this is now the practice in many places in Bologna. 3 stars to be wide, but honestly I prefer other places both for price and quality.
