I celebrated my birthday here with a large group of friends, and I really want to say a special thank you to Susanna. She was incredibly kind, patient, and always smiling, even during the most chaotic moments. It's not easy managing so many people at once, but she did it with a kindness and professionalism that truly impressed us.
