I've found Federico to be an expert and knowledgeable bartender, capable of original and effective pairings and creating new, original yet easily repeatable cocktails, ideal for those who can't afford to spend more or less time preparing homemade drinks due to logistical and work-related issues. Great job Federico, keep it up!
10/10/2025: The entire Drink Factory staff is incredibly professional and dedicated. You'll leave each course with greater skill and knowledge, depending on which course you choose. I'd recommend it to everyone! I couldn't find any flaws!

03/10/2025: Plum and prickly pear are the latest flavors I've tried: exquisite and a perfect pairing. The Alessio cup (fruit and ice cream) is an absolutely satisfying lunch/dinner. Extra dark chocolate remains my favorite, and Inferno is pure bliss. I've taken several friends to Federico's...and they've all been enthusiastic and returned again.

Spoiled for choice when it comes to piadina dough, and with generous fillings to suit all tastes! Marco and Sara are wonderful, kind, and great company! A simple yet welcoming place! Thank you.

23/09/2025: I had breakfast at Pasticceria Ambrosia and it was a truly delicious experience. The brioche was soft and fragrant, made with great care, and the cappuccino was creamy and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion of the people who work here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is kind and cheerful, making the visit even more enjoyable. I recommend everyone to stop by: a true haven of goodness and sweetness.
