01/09/2025: This was our halfway point, one night, six people. Nice, large room, clean. Breakfast at the bar was sweet, enough.

17/07/2025: Great food and great venue. But most importantly, this place is run by a lovely couple who go above and beyond to make sure that their guests are well taken care of. They exemplify true Indian and Italian hospitality. After being on the road for a few weeks and having travelled many parts of Italy and Spain, I came across this joint and I’m so glad I did. I had the perfect pick-me-up meal at Curcuma to power me for the second half of my journey. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone and hope to come back to it sometime in the future.

10/07/2025: A gem in the lower Po Valley that pleasantly surprised me 🤩 A breeze of slightly cooler air in this scorching period 🔥 The food was good. The idea of bringing Apulian flavors to Emilia is great. The plating was well done. The (female) service could be slightly reworked 😉 to bring it into line with the location. The staff, however, were calm and well-prepared in describing the courses. Worth trying again in the fall to try new dishes. Well done 👏🏻

08/06/2025: Delicious experience: very good food, prepared and competent staff and location up to par. Adequate waiting times between courses. I highly recommend it, menu with few dishes but well constructed. To try again.

14/06/2025: At a tasting there was a delay in starting of at least 2 hours. This is not tolerable. Terrible management of the situation.

09/08/2025: I think it's now the best sushi in Modena. The quality is top-notch, and the service is incredibly fast; today, we even got our first six nigiri in about thirty seconds. I'm not ruling out the possibility of it being August, but it's still remarkable. The place is very nice and very central, and the prices are in line with similar places, if not a little lower. Recommended.

17/08/2025: Returning to Pra Rosso is a guarantee. The location is familiar and clean. Mrs. Emanuela makes you feel at home and is a highly competent host, unique in her simplicity. Her husband, also the chef, is efficient and hospitable. If you want to get away but still feel completely at peace, this is the place. Five stars, but I'd give more if I could. Unique.

24/08/2025: Excellent place, even though it's quite large, it's well organized. The wait times are minimal. There were five of us with a child, and even though we ordered five different dishes, everything was very good, both meat and fish, and the service was fast!

23/08/2025: I've been there several times over the years on different days of the week, and I can confirm that the food is always top-notch. Excellent menu, complete with something for every palate (I haven't looked into whether gluten-free options are available for those with gluten intolerance like my partner, or for celiacs), from pizza to fish, from meat to pasta. Portions, especially on the fish-based pasta dishes, are very generous (the price is in line with the dish). The wine list is good, but I would have given more consideration to the wines for the fish. Price is reasonable. Table service isn't always attentive to requests (after four attempts to ask the staff for coffee, I asked and got it at the counter). The private parking lot is very large and well-lit, and the walk to see the flamingos is pleasant. Overall, it's always a pleasure to eat at La Campaza. Rating: 8.5/10

23/08/2025: This is the restaurant of the Hotel Savoia, and the entrepreneurial skills of its owners are evident not only in their ability to build, grow, and prosper the hotel, which is a true landmark in the neighborhood, but also in the restaurant, which has become a place where business and fine dining go hand in hand. The menu changes seasonally, but the quality of the dishes remains consistent throughout the year. The elegant and refined atmosphere makes you feel like a welcome guest.

16/08/2025: The interior has the feel of a true trattoria, but the exterior is very shabby and in need of a thorough overhaul. The service is exceptional; the hostess, if well-mannered, is friendly and helpful, but if poorly-mannered, she risks putting you off staying and ruining your meal. The cured meats, especially the coppa and pancetta, are excellent. The first courses are delicious, but the meat-based main courses, personally, are a bit dry. The prices are those of a true trattoria, just like they used to be: for less than €30, you'll leave feeling satisfied.

06/09/2025: Located inside the Smy Hotel. The set menu is very affordable for a full meal, including water. A special mention goes to the dessert and fruit buffet at the end of the meal, which is included in the price.

05/07/2025: Family lunch. The location is super, just outside Cesena on a hill with a view to the sea (if the sky is clear and there is no haze). Impressive entrance, park with swimming pool with a view of the hills and plains. Very well-curated menu, unique, giving innovation to traditional dishes. Wine and oil produced by the farm are truly remarkable. Price in line with what is offered. Returned this winter and tasted the truffle-based menu: super. Third visit and a nice surprise, the panoramic terrace enclosed by opening windows that allow use even in the event of rain without losing the pleasure of eating outside with all the windows open. Very pleasant, a hot day mitigated by a breeze in the shade of centuries-old trees overlooking the city and the coast. Always a super menu, tried the fish with impeccable service.

24/06/2025: We stayed as a family for two nights at Villa Monty Banks. The building is quite beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. The views of Cesena and the countryside are magnificent. The facilities, spa, and pool are very good. The restaurant is extensive, and extends well beyond the hotel guests, as is the pool, but neither is overcrowded. The restaurant service is sometimes a little slow, but nothing more, but we ate very well. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We tasted the estate's excellent wines and olive oil. Finally, I must say that the welcome was particularly warm, and it was a real pleasure to meet Arianna and her team. In summary, it's a small, beautiful, and high-quality family-run hotel, spa, and restaurant.
