07/11/2025: Good Neapolitan dough, interesting triple-baked pizzas. Excellent digestibility and lightness. The tomato sauce used wasn't to our liking due to its excessive acidity. The desserts are good, but for €7, I wouldn't order it again. The place isn't very welcoming; unfortunately, you can tell when you enter and leave smelling of fried food. The girls are great, kind, and unobtrusive in their service.

12/10/2025: Mediocre experience. After hearing so much about this place, we went for dinner last night. The off-menu menu included dishes with white truffle, and we chose two of them, a first course and a second course. We were told that the truffle would be added directly in the kitchen, 5g per dish... so it wasn't. I'm attaching a photo. Furthermore, we paid the bill in cash, leaving it on the table. When we left (even though we'd been standing at the register for 10 minutes), a lady asked us to wait to check if we'd actually left the money, with the excuse of needing to give us a receipt. When she came down with the bill of almost €400 (2 adults and a child; I won't argue about the price because we're used to it, but I'm certainly not running away), she said goodbye, leaving us the PRE-BILL, not the receipt. After that, I convinced my husband to go in and ask for the receipt because I don't like cheats. Too bad, it's all talk and no action!

01/09/2025: A charming location nestled in the green hills of Piacenza; the welcome is warm and friendly, and once you sit at the table, you sense intimacy and relaxation. Simone (the owner) is a delightful, empathetic, and highly competent person, as are the chefs, who amaze you with exquisite gourmet dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The wine and spirits menu offers a wide selection, some artisanal. There are two suites, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with an in-room sauna and hot tub, a spa, and a soothing Zen garden. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back ❤️

29/11/2025: Good for pizza and fried foods, but not for typical Bolognese cuisine. Tortellini in broth overcooked to the limit, with flavorless broth, tagliatelle with ready-made ragù, decent meat, supermarket-style desserts! Normal price, and friendly service.

26/11/2025: The best carbonara I've ever eaten in my life😋😋with fresh square spaghetti and abundant, crispy bacon. The open kitchen is spotless. The young, very kind owners. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: When you come here, you can't miss trying their wonderful penne... All'ubriaca, or penne Rosa for me are the best... Shame about the service which always leaves a lot to be desired... Long waits for orders, even though the place is not full... It's also a shame that you can't book and therefore often you have to wait a long time.

23/08/2025: At 10:35 PM on a Saturday night, turning off the fans outside and making it clear it's time to close. I would have had another beer, and at least with the fan on. I repeat, at 10:35 PM? On a Saturday night? No way. P.S. I'm an area manager at Paulaner 😜

28/09/2025: It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.

04/12/2025: On Sunday, I went for lunch with some friends and had a really good meal. Excellent quality and quantity. The bill was great 👍🏻 The only downside is that the dining room is very large and crowded, so it's difficult to even talk to other diners...

16/11/2025: We had organized a family lunch here, and there were about 35 of us. As soon as we entered with my small dog, who weighs only 3 kg, we were informed that dogs were not allowed. I had previously called to ask if they were allowed, and the answer had been yes. Even though I showed my call history that the call to the restaurant was listed, the answer was no, and the dog was not allowed. I politely asked several times, since we are from far away, if I could put her in a corner under the table, since she is also very good, but she said no, so we were forced to leave. The owner yelled at me that he is the one in charge of the restaurant and I am nobody. Having said that, never again, and sometimes we need to be more empathetic.
