10/11/2025: A delicious pizza made by a Neapolitan pizza chef who was super attentive to our requests for a personalized pizza..!! TRY IT AND BELIEVE IT!

29/09/2025: Overall, a good experience. The pizza really surprised me: tasty, well-cooked, with excellent dough—a real plus, especially in a seafood restaurant. On the other hand, the starters were rather disappointing, with little interest or distinctive flavor. The setting is pleasant and the service decent. I might come back, but for the pizza!

21/10/2025: The pizza is delicious, and you can eat in at the restaurant next door or take it away, pick it up on site, or have it delivered to your home. "Historic" pizza makers.

16/10/2025: The best pizza in Casalecchio and, I daresay, even Bologna!!! The dough you find here is unlike anything else; it's the only pizza that's still good the next day! I always get an extra Fornarina (pizza dough with salt and rosemary) to eat the next day because it's crispy and tastes as good as freshly made! Easy to digest because it's well-leavened. They're open to customizing flavors and selections. You can also eat in; it's a casual, quiet place, even though it's primarily a takeout pizzeria. Truly a TOP pizza!!!

04/05/2025: Cosa dire,...non ci sono parole per esprimere la nostra gioia ed enorme soddisfazione ! ..prenotato da tempo per festeggiare il mio compleanno e quello di mia moglie che per motivi vari non abbiamo potuto festeggiare a tempo e debito; pomeriggio prima della cena tanto desiderata io non mi sento bene, ma per nessun motivo voglio rinunciare alla serata! E bene che ho fatto! Prima sorpresa: ristorante aperto solo per noi.. e questo la dice lunga sul senso dell'ospitalità; Seconda sorpesa: riferendo che non ero in grande forma e scusandomi quindi che non avrei potuto godere fino in fondo delle loro prelibatezze, si fanno in quattro a prepararmi a parte portate adatte alla mia situazione...terza sorpresa: si sono ricordati che al momento della prenotazione avevo parlato di compleanno e ci fanno trovare una torta (la loro inimitabile millefoglie) con una candelina per me e una per mia moglie! quarta sorpresa: hanno aperto una bottiglia di bollicine e hanno brindato con noi! Che dire, dopo una esperienza così in altri locali, per quanto eccellenti, non potrò provare le stesse emozioni, perchè atmosfera, disponibiltà, accoglienza a questi livelli sono un dono ed un'arte. Grazie!

09/11/2025: I can't say anything bad about the food; it's very good, and the service isn't either, except for a few things. Reservations are optional, and even if you make one, you'll still have to wait. When the restaurant starts to fill up with people waiting for a table, they start to rush you to vacate it, even insistently. And if you're also unlucky enough to have a table near the entrance, it's also cold, and you have to eat with people staring at you while you wait for a table.

06/11/2025: Good, varied dishes. Good quality, at least for me. Dinner prices are high, but that's the case everywhere. It's best to book for lunch.

02/11/2025: TOO BAD! I had lunch here a week ago and what can I say... Everything was truly delicious! Mixed appetizers were brought directly by the staff, Mr. Roberto took care of listing the first and second courses (we chose tagliatelle with truffle), while for desserts there's a trolley (you eat what you want, just finish it). The atmosphere isn't very scenic, but it still makes you feel at home. A bit too much shouting in the room, which acts as a sounding board and everyone shouts to be heard. The thing that really, really left a bitter taste in my mouth was the final bill. Total €169 for two for two appetizers, a glass of wine (I don't know why, but they left half a bottle on the table, which was never touched again), two plates of tagliatelle with truffle (€38 each), a dessert trolley for two, and two coffees. Granted, truffles have their price, but the total for the two plates of tagliatelle was €76 (obviously discovered at the cash register), so that's another €100... For what? Honestly, it seemed disrespectful to those who, unaware, trust the menu they're given. If I'd had that budget, I wouldn't have gone there... A real shame. Ps. I asked for the menu, but was told it "isn't available."

08/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere, with limited seating, but still a friendly, sociable atmosphere. Excellent food, good old-fashioned cooking, with a wide selection of dishes every day. Pleasant service, the waiters are very kind and friendly, and Roberto is also top notch. The only thing I've never understood when I go there is the price. How is it set? Why do you bring me the dip at the table and charge me for it without asking? In any case, the price (€60 per person with a bottle of wine in our case) is absolutely in line with what you eat and experience. I recommend it!!

05/11/2025: Very nice and delicious! I tried the ramen (photo) and the sushi-sashimi mix. I found the presentation beautiful, the quality good, and the flavor good. The decor is typical Japanese restaurant style, and I appreciated the open kitchen. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the dishes they offer.

09/11/2025: WE WERE TREATED VERY BADLY We came for the second time because the sushi is objectively good, but we were treated like unwelcome guests. It felt like we should feel guilty for coming. We walked in and as soon as we told them we had made a reservation, the waitress told us to seat us and that, if we wanted to do the all-you-can-eat, we had to leave by 1:30 PM (it was 12:10 PM). So far, it's just annoying, since by default, if you want me to be put in a time slot, you let me know when you make the reservation, not when I'm already there, but no big deal. It was time to order. We forgot to order water from the pad. After two minutes, the boss came over, all agitated and arrogant, and said, "If you don't bring water, you can't do the all-you-can-eat!" He reserved the right to snatch our pads and order us €3 worth of water from the sink before we could say anything. He then spent the entire meal wandering around the tables, anxiously checking his watch. They didn't even issue a receipt, but that's the tax authorities' problem, not ours. It's a real shame because we came back precisely because the sushi was good, but if someone has to spend lunch feeling watched and guilty when they just wanted to eat some food with friends, you'd better go somewhere else! And even if someone doesn't want to order drinks, who are you to take my order pad and order with my money? Learn how to treat people. As with all the other negative reviews, the person running this one will try to deny it. Be careful.
