Both the restaurant and the pizzeria offer flavorful dishes and pizzas, a wide selection, generous portions, all accompanied by the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Pleasantly impressed, I recommend it to anyone looking for quality at a fair price. PS. I didn't have time to photograph the pizza because it was devoured. Recommended.

16/11/2025: Even high quality must have the right price. High-quality food, all very good, but at a decidedly too high price (for the location and simplicity of the dishes).

13/11/2025: It's possible this restaurant was once good (Michelin 2009, 2010, and 2011). But unfortunately, I can't recommend it today. While the service was attentive, we received some of the wrong dishes, the meat was served lukewarm, and the wine was okay. At this price point, these are unacceptable mistakes, especially when the restaurant is about an hour outside of Bologna (by car).

13/11/2025: During a recent family lunch at Locanda Appennino in Predappio, spurred on by the numerous enthusiastic reviews and the restaurant's fame, we settled in with fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't live up to its reputation. Appetizer – the highlight of the lunch: We started with a mixed cold cuts platter, which proved to be the most convincing dish, along with the main course. Excellent-quality, well-aged cured meats were served with fresh bread and warm piadina. A promising start, but one that lacked continuity in the subsequent courses. First courses – a complete disappointment: - The passatelli in brodo were a real disappointment: the broth was overly citrusy, with a lemony flavor so strong that it completely overpowered the flavor of the Parmesan and the broth itself. This unbalanced balance made the dish less than enjoyable. - The tagliatelle with ragù, a signature dish of Romagna cuisine, was unfortunately unremarkable: the pasta wasn't perfectly cooked and the ragù was flat, flavorless, and lacked the depth one expects from well-crafted traditional cuisine. Main courses – highlights and shadows: - The wild boar stew was undoubtedly the highlight of the lunch: tender, well-marinated meat with a rich, fragrant sauce. A meticulous preparation that restored some faith in the restaurant's cuisine. - The bruciatini, on the other hand, were a misstep: the pancetta was undercooked, with a mushy texture and an unbalanced fatty flavor. The bottom of the plate was a greasy swill, making the meal heavy and unappetizing. Service and atmosphere: The staff was courteous but lacked attention to our needs, especially considering the large number of waiters compared to the number of guests in the dining room. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the noise level was low, encouraging conversation at the table. Conclusion: Despite its reputation, our experience at Locanda Appennino was disappointing in several respects. A few well-executed dishes weren't enough to compensate for the serious lapses in style in the kitchen. Two stars reflect a meal that could—and should—have been much better, especially in an area where gastronomic tradition is a source of pride.

16/11/2025: Very nice restaurant, it looks like a mountain hut, very kind and helpful staff, fast service even though the restaurant was completely full when we arrived, food was nothing short of super excellent, highly recommended if you pass by these parts, stop by!!! a guarantee

25/10/2025: I had dinner with some friends. We had the giant sausage and broccoli rabe pizza with provolone cheese and the giant prosciutto pizza with arugula and shaved prosciutto... Really good. Then we had some tasty treats like chips and potato croquettes. And finally, the highlight of the evening, an excellent lemon delight straight from the Amalfi Coast. What more could you ask for? An excellent limoncello. See you next time 😚

30/11/2025: The quality of the dishes is beyond dispute, but we paid a very high price of €36 per person. And frankly, we don't understand how they arrived at that price... There were three of us, with three first courses, only two second courses, and dessert with only water, which was frankly too expensive. A serious flaw was the lack of a menu, which is required by law. You don't know which dishes are listed or how much they cost. I won't be returning.

01/11/2025: The atmosphere is refined, service is prompt, and the staff are courteous. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. The pizza, made with quality ingredients but a bit hard to digest, and the atmosphere, where despite the sound-absorbing panels, the noise generated by the people in the dining room remains high, are a bit off-putting.

11/09/2025: Recommended by a dear friend from Catanzaro, Mario N., he was right when he said this gelateria offers the best gelato in Soverato. Each flavor is a discovery, a true explosion of authentic and well-balanced flavors. You can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients and the love that goes into making each gelato.

The atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming touch that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available—just how we Romagnoli like it! Definitely, Le Marzoline is a place I'll gladly return to: high quality, a delightful atmosphere, and service that truly deserves a round of applause for Diego and Mattia!

09/11/2025: Excellent gourmet dishes and generous portions. Appetizing appetizers and first courses, and fabulous cotoletta alla bolognese. Attentive service, a very nice and not too formal atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for all this.
