20/09/2025: Last night, September 19th, we ordered three pizzas through Just It from a vacation rental: a Margherita, a prosciutto, and a Calabrian olive pizza.
However, I had to contact the pizzeria twice (for Just It orders) and spoke to two people: a boy and a girl; both were polite, kind, and very friendly.
All three pizzas were very good, and not to mention the pizza delivery man, who was extremely friendly and helpful.
They truly deserved three full stars!
Excellent experience for three ladies from Trieste 😊

02/10/2025: I spent an evening there for a business dinner, very pleasant.
The homemade pasta is top-notch. I loved the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms so much that I ordered a second helping; they were delicate yet bold. I also tried the tongue, and I must say I really enjoyed it, even though I'm not a fan of that type of meat. The service is attentive, very professional, and courteous, and the atmosphere is elegant and refined. Prices are reasonable. I'd happily go back based on my overall experience.

The only flaw: when I booked, I specifically asked if there were mushrooms, only to discover at dinner that they were only served with tagliatelle or on top of roast beef. We ordered tagliatelle: there were five pieces of mushrooms the size of 5 cents. It was basically tagliatelle with oil. Goodbye mushroom feast... :-( During dinner, I stained my shirt with oil. The lady (the owner?) pointed it out to me, but she didn't offer me stain remover or even a bit of talcum powder. Conclusion: I wouldn't go back.

The evening rooster menu is also available, as is the à la carte menu.
The rooster is excellent.
The sliced steak is tasty and tender.
The desserts are excellent.
And the coffee is made with love.
Good value for money.
Evenings with music.

Option to dine outdoors overlooking the lake or in the vineyard.

21/09/2025: I have to be honest, I expected something more from a restaurant that is located so perched. The food wasn't bad, but it could be better. The tagliatelle with mud was too dry, rolling them with a fork made them move, they were all one piece, but because the sauce was missing a little oil, they were dry. The pappardelle with wild boar was nice, the pasta but the flavor was much too soft, almost to the point of not even seeming like wild boar. What left us very surprised were the two portions of fried mushrooms, they seemed like a single portion, but just a little too few for a 26 euro dish, that is, two portions of 13 euros each. For the rest, a nice place and friendly service.

03/12/2025: I agree with the previous reviews! It was a great lunch experience for four of us. The chef delighted us with superb dishes. Special mention for the green caramels, calamari, and desserts. Excellent service from the waiter. We'll definitely be back, thank you.

30/11/2025: The quality of the dishes is beyond dispute, but we paid a very high price of €36 per person. And frankly, we don't understand how they arrived at that price... There were three of us, with three first courses, only two second courses, and dessert with only water, which was frankly too expensive. A serious flaw was the lack of a menu, which is required by law. You don't know which dishes are listed or how much they cost. I won't be returning.
27/11/2025: Recommended for a business dinner. Typical Ferrarese cuisine with excellent dishes and quality ingredients. Excellent service.
