27/11/2025: I went there with friends last week and went back again the following evening. Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza, and friendly staff, especially the guy at the cash register. Only later did I learn about the social project behind it and was even happier I went. It's a shame I was just passing through Bologna, but I hope to return.

10/11/2025: A good pizzeria on the outskirts of Bologna: the service is quick and friendly, and the quality of the products is high. The establishment is run by a social cooperative, and I really appreciated the concept behind it.

13/11/2025: During a recent family lunch at Locanda Appennino in Predappio, spurred on by the numerous enthusiastic reviews and the restaurant's fame, we settled in with fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't live up to its reputation. Appetizer – the highlight of the lunch: We started with a mixed cold cuts platter, which proved to be the most convincing dish, along with the main course. Excellent-quality, well-aged cured meats were served with fresh bread and warm piadina. A promising start, but one that lacked continuity in the subsequent courses. First courses – a complete disappointment: - The passatelli in brodo were a real disappointment: the broth was overly citrusy, with a lemony flavor so strong that it completely overpowered the flavor of the Parmesan and the broth itself. This unbalanced balance made the dish less than enjoyable. - The tagliatelle with ragù, a signature dish of Romagna cuisine, was unfortunately unremarkable: the pasta wasn't perfectly cooked and the ragù was flat, flavorless, and lacked the depth one expects from well-crafted traditional cuisine. Main courses – highlights and shadows: - The wild boar stew was undoubtedly the highlight of the lunch: tender, well-marinated meat with a rich, fragrant sauce. A meticulous preparation that restored some faith in the restaurant's cuisine. - The bruciatini, on the other hand, were a misstep: the pancetta was undercooked, with a mushy texture and an unbalanced fatty flavor. The bottom of the plate was a greasy swill, making the meal heavy and unappetizing. Service and atmosphere: The staff was courteous but lacked attention to our needs, especially considering the large number of waiters compared to the number of guests in the dining room. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the noise level was low, encouraging conversation at the table. Conclusion: Despite its reputation, our experience at Locanda Appennino was disappointing in several respects. A few well-executed dishes weren't enough to compensate for the serious lapses in style in the kitchen. Two stars reflect a meal that could—and should—have been much better, especially in an area where gastronomic tradition is a source of pride.

15/11/2025: Highly recommended for its woodland cuisine, with a variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts. Specifically, the succulent tagliatelle with various ragùs, not to mention the rich and delicious main courses and fried porcini mushrooms. Buby and Vale are professional and courteous. We will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: Even though we hadn't been to the area yet, which was a shame! Really good, simple, friendly, and the owner, Bubi, was a character! Tonight was Halloween and the whole staff was themed!! The menu was also impressive. The Flaubert chestnut pan was fascinating to see. We opted for the à la carte menu anyway. Bruschino crostini to share for two, black potato tortellini with ragù, tagliatelle with white truffle, potato and truffle tart, fried porcini mushrooms, grilled meat served in a brazier. Everything was really good!! Generous portions, attentive and fast service. They also do pizza.

30/11/2025: I've been to Le Marzoline and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming touch that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available—just how we Romagnoli like it! Definitely, Le Marzoline is a place I'll gladly return to: high quality, a delightful atmosphere, and service that truly deserves a round of applause for Diego and Mattia!

09/11/2025: Excellent gourmet dishes and generous portions. Appetizing appetizers and first courses, and fabulous cotoletta alla bolognese. Attentive service, a very nice and not too formal atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for all this.

14/08/2025: A piadina shop with excellent prices for a very decent taste. The location is very nice, near the Marano Park and the Marano River. It's a great thing to have this type of restaurant in a somewhat remote location, where finding affordable takeout food isn't always easy. Convenient parking is available.

14/10/2025: A 4 only for the portion size. The taglieri for 2 was delicious, with excellent quality products, but I found the portion modest for the price. The atmosphere and service are very good.
