There's a small parking lot behind the restaurant. The location is a little inconvenient, but only because of the curves to get there. But the place is definitely worth a visit. I recommend booking on holidays.

Excellent food and quality ingredients with prompt service, but the service itself could be improved: long waits to get a table even with a reservation, a wine list with too many wines that cannot be requested (for example, they don't have a liter of Ortrugo), dishes off the menu were reported late, the strawberry ice cream had raspberries instead, which was not reported. Furthermore, one diner didn't like them and wanted strawberries, confusion, and long waiting times for the bill. So, not a positive experience, but great opportunities for growth with an expert who manages the service and avoids poor service. We wish you the best, you deserve it.

22/09/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my second time eating at a "luxury" restaurant, so I don't have much to compare it to. We went there yesterday and were immediately struck by the prices. I'd looked them up on Trip Advisor, and the catch of the day was listed at €4.50 per 100g, while the restaurant menu listed it at €9 per 100g. I'd only gone for the catch of the day, but given the price, I unfortunately had to change my mind. I had the snapper with peppers and olives. Aside from the fact that €26 was really cheap—two small slices—I was more disappointed by the fact that the fish was overcooked. It was extremely dry and stuck to my teeth. The flavor wasn't bad, but for €26, I expected it to be cooked to perfection. We also had the spaghetti with clams. The flavor was good, but the pasta was far too al dente. The waitress was really nice and kind, but the wait was quite long, despite there being only six tables of two, most of whom had already eaten. Too bad, I was disappointed.

The most disturbing thing is the 7.50 x half liter of wine that costs 1 euro PER LITER. SHAME.

20/09/2025: A pleasant surprise... I wasn't familiar with this restaurant; living in Pesaro, I've probably passed it countless times. I went there last night for dinner. The best Taranto-style mussels I've ever eaten. For our second appetizer, we had Catalan-style prawns, excellent. For our first course, I had strozzapreti with mantis shrimp, delicious and plentiful, and my partner ordered strozzapreti with pesto, clams, and tomatoes. Good, truly good. I found the men's restroom spotless, and for me, that's an added value I always consider when I go to a restaurant. The waiter who served our food was professional, friendly, and quick. Compliments to the chef, his wife, and all the staff. I'll definitely be back to try the grilled fish and fish skewers this time. Compliments

26/09/2025: Excellent home-style Romagna cuisine and excellent pizza. The atmosphere is very casual, but the staff is friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Carisma has both indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is a bit difficult to find, but with a little patience, you can find it. Highly recommended, even for quick meals.

20/10/2025: My boyfriend and I often frequent this restaurant, just steps from Parma's historic center. A welcoming location decorated with lanterns and curtains reminiscent of typical Japanese restaurants. The food is truly excellent and flavorful, from their signature dishes (ramen) to the appetizers and 4/5 types of rice. I've never tried the desserts, so I won't comment on that. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I'll definitely be back, as I already have ;)
