07/02/2025: Prima volta qui, sono con un AM di una Azienda, premetto che ho messo 3 pallini in quanto non esiste il 3,5. Locale fuori mano ma comodo a pranzo per chi lavora, poi ci si puo tornare a cena. Hanno pesce fresco visibile, non da tutti, abbiamo preso 2 secondi Io frittura mista e Polpo grigliato con verdure saltate, una pizza focaccia con pomodorini subito, un po troppo olio. Il fritto era molto buono con calamari Freschi, i gamberi purtroppo chiusi con il budello…. Difficili da togliere, abitudine di molti ristoranti….. Il resto mi dicono buono. Personale in sala simpatico…. Non sono critiche ma considerazioni, e tornerò sicuramente per altri piatti.

15/02/2025: Siamo andati 4 persone Abbiamo ordinato 2 zuppe di cozze,2 margherite, una porzione di zeppo Line,4 bruschette ,una porzione di patatine,2 bottiglie di vino ,una coca piccola e un acqua frizzante abbiamo pagato 185€ di cui 4 bruschette 20€ e due bottiglie di vino 40€ e per di più il mangiare era discreto per non dire terribile

15/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza. Abbiamo preso una grigliata di pesce senza sapore,palesemente pesce congelato, pesce spada cotto malissimo e un solo gambero servito ancora con intestino... Preso anche un fritto misto, unto e scuro, anche esso sicuramente pesce congelato e di sicuro fritto in olio esausto. Abbiamo fatto presente al cameriere che si è giustificando dicendo che nessuno si è mai lamentato...sarebbe meglio imparare ad accettare le critiche e non essere così presuntuosi. Per rimediare alla pessima cena ci è stato proposto un amaro che abbiamo rifiutato. Pagato tutto e di sicuro non torneremo.

18/01/2025: Sono tornato oggi all'Hosteria Guercinoro di passaggio a Faenza. Ci ero stato esattamente il 7 ottobre 2023 con una amica giornalista enogastronomica. Ero rimasto incantato dai crostini "toscani", dalle tagliatelle e dalla "battuta" al coltello. Ricordavo ancora con entusiasmo anche quei dolci strordinari. Quindi ho pensato di riprovare. Il servizio è nelle mani della titolare: Gentilissima,ma spesso poco concludente. Abbiamo atteso un'ora e mezza con un locale mlneppure troppo pieno. Alla mia richiesta se ci fossero stati problemi la titolare mi ha risposto pungente " abbiamo solo tre fuochi e non possiamo fare diversamente". Io direi che allora dovrebbero modulare la sala ed i posti a sedere sulla cucina:se possono gestire in tempi ragionevoli solo poche comande riducano consentemente i tavoli. Detto questo abbiamo trovato molto buoni ora come allora i crostini alla Toscana. Troppo unta la polenta fritta con baccala' mantecato,purtroppo. Anonimi gli " spaghetti alla chitarra con formaggio e carciofo". Assolutamente "uccisa" dal radicchio rosso d'accompagnamento perché condito con eccesso d'aceto- la tartara. Peccato per le patate con buccia al forno: lesse e dure. A quel punto ho preferito evitare i dolci dei quali ho voluto conservare l'antico ricordo di anni fa .... Al momento del pagamento la titolare ha, con gentile correttezza, tolto dal conto le patate che avevo lasciato nel piatto. Tutto,nel complesso, più che sufficiente.

12/01/2025: My friends and I passed by this tavern by chance: we were walking through the streets of Brisighella and we stopped to eat here. What can I say… everything perfect. Crazy location, the place is literally dug into the mountain and the exposed rocks make the environment rustic and warm. The lady who served us was kind, friendly and always professional (thanks again for offering us coffee). We found the food delicious, especially the potatoes and the cake. Five stars are not enough. We will be back!!!

Rating: 11 out of 10 💖 Perfection👍🏻 How good everything is and what ingredients are so genuine and from the area. If you go to Romagna you have to try all their products 1-2-3-4. Very good prices and an authentic place. Thank you very much for feeding me this summer 🇮🇹🫶🏻💚🤍❤️

17/11/2024: Peccato ma stavolta proprio male. Ieri sera qualcosa in cucina non ha funzionato passatelli e tortellini arrivati quasi freddi, attesa lunga, canocchie al vapore … veramente evaporate proprio vuote … meglio non servirle. Era una serata importante con amici a cui avevo decantato la buona cucina riscontrata in passato. Purtroppo molto peggiorato. Servizio sempre gentili.

11/11/2024: Abbiamo fatto una festa di Compleanno con 18 persone al Ristorante Setaccio , ci hanno preparato una tavola stupenda, nella saletta riservata solo per noi!! Location bellissima .. Noi abbiamo optato per un menù tipico tradizionale ..tutto veramente ottimo anzi spettacolare !!! Il tutto contornato da un estrema gentilezza e professionalità da parte del titolare e dallo chef , ed anche il personale di sala molto disponibile e gentile . Grazie per aver reso speciale questa bellissima festa ! Ovviamente super consigliato ! Bravissimi continuate così !

First you have to queue to decide what you want, then you have to queue to pay, finally queue to get what you paid for. What happens if in the meantime what you bought has run out? You accept a replacement or stand in another line to pay the difference. What if what you bought isn't what you wanted since the item names are often exposed? You guessed it, another row. 12/01/2025: I booked for 1.30pm but I had an unexpected problem with the baby, I called at 1.25pm ​​to say that unfortunately we would be delayed 20 minutes arriving at 1.50pm. The lady who answered the phone told me that the kitchen would close at 2pm sharp and therefore we couldn't arrive... at that point I cancelled. The same lady called me back after 2 minutes to tell me that I should have informed me about the delay beforehand because they lost a table since we had booked it and they didn't give it to anyone else. I guess they don't have experience in catering because: 1. On Sunday at lunch, you must guarantee half an hour of flexibility in the center of Rimini because otherwise you won't make much progress with your business if you behave like a state employee who has to close the kitchen at 2 pm sharp 2. Instead of calling me and apologizing for your lack of flexibility, leaving me with the child without lunch on Sunday, you call me to moralize me and tell me that next time I have to notify beforehand, alluding that I couldn't have had the unexpected event for 5 minutes. before calling!!! The owners are fantastic people, impeccable service and the delicious dishes... a place I would return to every weekend... shame about the distance... compliments on everything I hope we'll see each other again soon...
