11/11/2025: Five stars for the rudeness of the staff. I've never seen anything like it. To finish, the cutlet with white truffle was completely disintegrated, the breading completely separated from the meat (boiled and rubbery).
It was covered in cloying and disgusting parmesan cream. And that should have been their signature dish.
We left feeling disgusted, I don't know if it was because of the food or the staff. Never again.

The evening rooster menu is also available, as is the à la carte menu.
The rooster is excellent.
The sliced steak is tasty and tender.
The desserts are excellent.
And the coffee is made with love.
Good value for money.
Evenings with music.
27/09/2025: Beautiful atmosphere in a very original location.
Option to dine outdoors overlooking the lake or in the vineyard.
Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: The quality and quantity of the food were good, the service was a bit so-so but we were happy with it. There was ample parking right in front of the restaurant and the price was in line with other places.
26/05/2025: We went for lunch yesterday, everything was excellent.
Appetizers: arancini, fried pizza, and pizza with escarole...all delicious.
First course: ricotta tortelloni, paccheri, lasagna, and cream tortellini...each better than the last.
Second course: fried chicken and baked potatoes...a spectacle.
Desserts: zuppa inglese 💯... mascarpone with Oreo 🔝... sbrisolona 🆙, and dolce mattone ⬆️

25/11/2025: We had a lovely aperitif at this place, which we stumbled upon by chance on our way to the spa. The atmosphere was lovely, the location elegant, the owner friendly and knowledgeable, the cocktails excellent, and the food delicious. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: We stopped by by chance and made a reservation half an hour in advance. A true Emilian trattoria, with magnificent tortellini, not to mention the crescentine and gnocco fritto. The chicken cacciatore is superb. Thanks to the trattoria manager for introducing me to Borlengo. Oh my goodness, how delicious! Quick, friendly, and very kind service (typically Emilian). Go there!

Unfortunately, the vegetarian dishes are very limited, and none of them thrilled me. My friends weren't happy with the non-vegetarian dishes either.
The prices were above average.
The service was attentive and friendly.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.
