11/01/2026: We've been to this tavern several times. Today we had boiled beef with sauces (the meat was succulent and the sauces delicious), a tagliata (very tender), sautéed chicory, cream puffs, and American coffee poured from the pot kept warm on the stove. I've made a point of returning until I find a flaw. I think they'll see me again several times. Compliments to the chef and management.

17/10/2025: Excellent restaurant... by chance I passed by Bedonia and asked where I could eat something with truffles and they recommended this place... nice surprise... excellent potato ravioli with cream and truffle slices and excellent Angus fillet with truffle... excellent glass of Lagrein... impeccable service... I will definitely return with friends from Rapallo... Genoa

23/01/2026: Dinner with friends last night at Zaganti. It's a classic, down-to-earth Romagna trattoria, where substance over form is the focus. We shared a bit of everything, starting with a simple yet hearty house appetizer of cured meats, pickled vegetables, and crostini. The first courses, tagliatelle with ragù and cappelletti in broth, were made with a rolling pin, as they should be. For the second courses, we opted for bold flavors: tripe (perhaps the best I've ever tasted), snails, and chicken cacciatore, all flavorful and typical local dishes. This was followed by a grilled meat with cabbage on the side. We finished with their signature porcospino, a squacquerone and fig mousse, and castagnole. The Vignalmonte di Podere Vecciano paired well throughout the evening. Don't expect stunning dishes or elaborate presentations, but solid cuisine and a casual, comfortable atmosphere without too many frills. The quality-price ratio is absolutely in line. Super friendly and helpful staff... I'll gladly go back!

15/02/2026: We came to Solarolo to see the Laura Pausini museum and were craving some gelato. We stopped at this little gelateria, and what can I say? The gelato and caramel mousse were SO DELICIOUS!!! Thanks to the lady at the gelateria for her kindness and all the information she gave us. Greetings from the girls in Rome. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service, and the menu is simple but excellent. Generous portions; with the excellent appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and bread alone, I would have eaten enough. Friendly and helpful staff. An enchanting place and a great meeting place for hikers, passing through places that bring sad memories, but also famous and very uplifting witnesses, a reminder of a difficult past, but also of great ideals.

Excellent food, with exquisite cured meat appetizers with the much-loved Crescentine. Superb first courses and equally superb second courses. The owner? A kind person and, above all, very nice. 01/12/2025: The owners were very kind and found us a place despite our reservations. The Mantuan tortellini were delicious, the donkey stew with polenta was excellent, and the dessert portions were generous and delicious.

17/02/2026: I booked a table for lunch for my husband and I a few days in advance, figuring it would be a good idea since it was Sunday lunch. The welcome and service were courteous and friendly, and the service was prompt. We ordered water and Sangiovese, and for the main courses, salami and Ferrarese bread as an appetizer, and rolled rabbit with artichoke cream and larded pork with spinach as our main courses. We enjoyed everything, topping off the meal with a warm tenerina dessert.

We also tried two tortelli (herbs and cooked shoulder), which were very good. We also tried the guancialino with fried polenta, which was also very good. We were served by a very friendly waiter! 07/02/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria near Parma by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery. We ate torta fritta with mixed cured meats and tortelli with herbs, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Both were very good, authentic cuisine with well-defined flavors. We paired them with a Lambrusco that was spot on. With the mixed cured meats, they also served grilled polenta for my celiac girlfriend, along with an excellent braised beef, tender and flavorful: great attention and care for our dietary needs. We finished with two desserts and coffee, spending €89 for two: excellent value. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was that of a true Emilian trattoria. We later discovered that Alessandro Borghese had also been here. For us, it was the best in the area. We'll definitely be back.
