After a lovely walk through the greenery, the fortress welcomes us. It opens at 11:00 a.m., and we opted for a guided tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. You can't go to Cesena and not visit the fortress, and in good weather, you can enjoy a wonderful view.

Thanks to the guide's expertise and kindness, our experience was excellent. The stories and explanations perfectly complemented a truly interesting and stimulating tour (both inside and out). For what we saw and learned, the price (€5) was truly negligible.

The fortress is beautiful, and the view is spectacular. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the area on weekends, tours are guided; during the week, reservations are required (winter).

Very interesting guided tour! Camila, the Argentinian woman who led us, was very passionate and gave excellent explanations. The tunnels we walked through inside the fortress were incredibly interesting. Guided tours every hour until 4:00 PM

La Piadina di Grazia

22/03/2026: Classified as a Romagna-style piadina shop, but with the added bonus of making fantastic fried piadina. Plenty of parking, but very limited seating inside, so unless you book, you'll almost never find a seat. Also, since the venue is small, you'll need to be patient because you'll have to wait for your order and delivery.
08/03/2026: Excellent roadside kiosk where you can eat tortelli alla lastra and delicious fried piadina, at a very fair price.

12/04/2026: Very good piadinas and salad, generous portions, absolutely try the "piadaburger" and the bruschetta in various sizes, truly exceptional, I recommend.
07/04/2026: We've been here several times, the last one a few days ago, and it's always a great experience. Piadinas and spianatas are well-prepared with the freshest ingredients. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to accommodate customer requests.
