La Piadina di Mirca In Ravenna

The piadina and Mirca are amazing. The piadina is truly handmade on site with a ton of lard, but also a ton of seasoning. Excellent value. Mirca will welcome you into her home.

On our way back from a conference in Rimini, with the highway jammed, we opted for a detour and ended up passing by the piadineria. Excellent piadinas and crescioni, with friendly, welcoming, and professional service. Even if you're new to the place, you'll quickly become a customer. The only downside is that we live in the province between Padua and Treviso, meaning we can't order home delivery. We'll definitely stop by again next time we get the chance, especially to say hello to the owner. In the meantime, we've brought home a small sampler as a culinary memento.
