13/01/2026: (Reviewing the restaurant) The atmosphere is rustic, simple but well-kept and tidy. A fireplace at the entrance easily warms the entire space. The waiters are young, but friendly and attentive. You can clearly sense their love for their work and the commitment they put into it: they were efficient and helpful throughout the evening. The menu is simple but rich in meat-based dishes, which are the hallmark of this place. I liked the option of ordering a dish called Quatris, a trio of cappellacci (a type of pasta) plus baked pasta (which was actually lasagna; I thought it was baked macaroni). I'd never tried cappellacci with radicchio, but I have to say it wasn't bad for someone who doesn't like radicchio. For the main course, the rabbit was excellent, with vegetables just like my grandmother used to cook it, accompanied by baked potatoes. My boyfriend had tagliatelle with ragù and donkey with polenta, which he loves. The portions were just right, in my opinion, because I managed to eat everything without leaving anything behind; I was just the right amount of full. I was afraid they'd be inhumane, but I was wrong. Honorable mention for the pumpkin chips, which were AMAZING: I'd never seen them before, but I think even if they were available, they wouldn't be this good! I think providing more than one side is a plus. The robiola cake was excellent, as was the chocolate salami (which I appreciated because it was nice and dry with an aniseed aftertaste!). To finish, a nice licorice liqueur, very pleasant and low in alcohol. €87 for two with a bottle of wine, a real bargain.

11/03/2026: Good dinner. We had fish appetizers, good, classic flavor. The skewers were good, a little greasy for my taste. Service was a bit slow, even though the restaurant was half empty.

01/02/2026: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance with my wife. A very pleasant surprise. The welcoming atmosphere and the very kind and friendly staff, attentive to the customer's needs, made us feel right at home. The tagliatella with ragù and green tortelloni with pancetta, hazelnuts, and balsamic vinegar were amazing. The roast beef and meatballs boast old-fashioned flavors. They also have a set menu on Sundays. We'll definitely be back.

The waitress is charming and courteous. This alone makes dinner worthwhile. Incredible dishes, with a wide selection of vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: Truly excellent farmhouse near Castelvetro di Modena. Typical Emilian cuisine, all homemade: delicious tortellini and some of the best fried gnocco I've ever eaten. The quality is top notch, and compliments to all the staff. Well done, well done!

The staff is not welcoming and does not make you feel at ease, perhaps because it is a young place (perhaps) and I was with my seventy-year-old friends... the food is good, but the dishes struggled to fit on the table due to the limited space, and the dim lighting made it difficult to see what we were eating. We had to ask for table lamps, but the situation improved only slightly...

15/12/2025: A nice, alternative spot for aperitivo, with a somewhat unusual à la carte menu: a few unconventional but carefully crafted dishes. I recommend it. Tried it for Sunday brunch, but I wouldn't recommend it: few sweet options, nothing exceptional, small portions, and overpriced. Downside: The space (both the main restaurant and the outdoor terrace) is poorly heated.
