23/05/2025: This was by far the best meal we had in Chianti!! The owners are very welcoming & the chef/owner provided great recommendations. Each course was outstanding! Our only regret was we discovered it on our second to last day in Chianti. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are anywhere near here.

23/05/2025: Most delicious meal of our trip in Italy so far. Leek and potato pie in Parmesan bowl to start. Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach in a pear and pecorino sauce was to die for. Then a chicken cacciatore to round out the perfect meal. All of this accompanied by beautiful a couple of Chiantis. The waitress was patient and friendly and the chef was friendly and ready with recommendations. A must while in Chianti area!!!

29/05/2025: Siamo andati a cena la prima sera della nostra mini vacanza e l’esperienza è stata ottima. Locale molto bello; la serata era freschina e ventilata perciò abbiamo cenato all’interno. Il personale e ‘ gentilissimo e la signora che ha preso la ns ordinazione è stata carinissima. I piatti proposti sono tutti estremamente invitanti e interessanti e, non riuscendo a decidere, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo ordinare un antipasto, un primo e un secondo e dividerceli. Non c’è stato alcun problema. Le portate non sono assoluta mente scarse tanto che alla fine non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare il dolce ma abbiamo preso solo 4 cantucci con il caffè. Appena accomodati come benvenuto vengono servite delle bruschette di grani antichi e dei cantucci salati (spettacolari). L’esperienza è stata così piacevole che abbiamo prenotato anche per l’ultima sera. La seconda sera abbiamo cenato in terrazza e il panorama è spettacolare. Questa volta abbiamo assaggiato anche i dolci e sono super!

20/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Comunione di nostro figlio al Ristorante Il Battibecco ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La struttura è immersa nel verde, circondata da alberi, fiori e ampi spazi all’aperto che regalano una sensazione di pace e armonia. Location elegante e curata, personale gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Il cibo era eccellente: piatti raffinati, gustosi e presentati con grande cura. I fiori di Diana bellissimi. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall’organizzazione all’atmosfera accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Lisa, per la sua straordinaria disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Ci ha seguiti con attenzione e passione fin dal primo contatto e ci ha aiutati a curare tutto l’evento in ogni dettaglio. Ha contribuito in modo fondamentale a rendere questo giorno indimenticabile. Consigliamo Il Battibecco con tutto il cuore

20/05/2025: We went to Battibecco all’Impruneta for a communion and the experience was truly exceptional from every point of view. The location is splendid, surrounded by greenery and perfect for ceremonies and special moments, with an elegant but at the same time welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers typical Tuscan dishes, prepared with care and with the highest quality ingredients. Each course was a little journey into traditional flavors, with some original proposals that we had never tasted before — and that won us over at the first bite! A special thanks goes to the waitress who looked after our table: extremely kind, attentive to every detail, always present but never intrusive. Her impeccable service made lunch even more enjoyable. Highly recommended both for a typical Tuscan dinner and for important events. We will definitely be back!

30/05/2025: Sono stato a cena con un gruppo di ex colleghi, siamo stati benissimo, servizio cordiale, attento e simpatico. Eravamo in otto, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto per tutti, con salumi, formaggi, crostini di polenta, e classici crostini di pane. Tutto eccezionale. Io con altri due commensali abbiamo ordinato una bistecca fiorentina cotta sulla brace, tenerissima, succulenta, gli altri hanno optato per le tagliate con vari condimenti, tutto ottimo. Per contorno abbiamo preso delle patate arrosto (l'unica pietanza non all'altezza di tutto il resto) e poi porcini e fiori fritti, un tripudio di sapore, croccanti e soprattutto non unti. Buoni i dessert che abbiamo assaggiato. Conto assolutamente in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. L'unico appunto è sull'odore di cucinato che purtroppo rimane addosso una volta usciti. Per tutto il resto siamo al Top.

Private parking Typical Tuscan food of excellent quality, all homemade Trained, kind and friendly staff Fair prices for the quality and abundance. If you are on holiday nearby you absolutely must go there.

05/05/2025: We found this beautiful restaurant in Monteriggioni by chance while walking around the city and right from the welcome we had a great time! The owner, a very professional and nice guy, who after explaining my intolerance, immediately listed alternatives of gluten-free dishes for me very inviting, to the point that we decided to stop. It was the best decision we could have made as we tried excellent dishes, exquisite and well-cooked combinations. We were very satisfied with the service, the professionalism of the staff and of course the delicious first courses!! We definitely recommend it for those who love good traditional cuisine and above all that also offers excellent alternatives for those who are intolerant to gluten. They were very attentive and kind even bringing me crackers instead of bread and finally we were able to take with us the bottle of wine we had ordered and that we had not managed to finish drinking! Small details that make the difference! Professionalism and courtesy, certainly if we return to those parts, we will stop by this beautiful place again!!

05/05/2025: A unique place with an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The restaurant impresses with its peaceful atmosphere, efficient and polite service and very tasty dishes. Ideal to feel the local character and spend a pleasant time in the heart of a medieval town. I recommend it!

14/05/2025: This was our favorite place for dinner while visiting Firenze! It was suggested to us by our hotel and t was such a great experience that we went twice! The steaks are wow…and the rigatoni with beef ragu was superb. The desserts are all made in house. And the best part is the staff. They are warm and welcoming and fun and make you feel like old friends when you’re there. If you want an authentic experience definitely visit this place. And ask for Chiara!

20/05/2025: Well hidden in the old town of Roccastrada. Italian flair and super friendly staff at their best. The Pici Surprise is a dream, and then the Bistecca alla Fiorentina! With good wine, what more could you want? Thank you for the lovely evening.

12/05/2025: We went to this place for dinner and I must say that it was a pleasant discovery. We ordered a cacio e pepe and a Florentine steak. Everything was really good and the staff were welcoming. Definitely recommended for anyone going to Florence

03/06/2025: Food was amazing! My husband ordered one kg of Italian cow beef and the mixed salad. I did fettuccine with tartufo. Bruschetta for appetizer. Service was fast and great! Glad we got to stop there after our Florence tour. 100% recommended.
