The pasta is good, but nothing extraordinary. It's a pleasant restaurant, and you'll probably eat well, but knowing it has a location in New York tells you it doesn't have the same authenticity as some other places out there.

This restaurant is located in Pistoia's historic center. The interior is small, with outdoor seating as well. I ordered the pici cacio e pepe, which I found truly delicious. I wasn't particularly impressed with the dessert (millefoglie). The wait staff was friendly.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the red wine is simply divine. The acciughe sotto pesto was exceptional. The cacio e pepe was perfect rich, creamy, and full of flavour. Be sure to save room for the millefoglie, which was absolutely delicious.
Our meal for 2 adults and 1 child (12 year old) came around €100, excellent value for the quality of the food and service. The coperto also includes bread and schiacciata. Will return in the future !

Wonderful little place right in the center where you can eat really well! The Tuscan crostini are delicious and the first courses are excellent at reasonable prices (I'm attaching a photo of lunch for two). We even found it a sunny day and all in all it did its job! The place is accessible with a little help because there is a small step at the entrance (if you want to go in), otherwise the outside is really cute and rustic.

Recommended by a friend, a place with many typical Tuscan dishes, a wide selection of wines,
spectacular chicken liver crostini and very tender tagliata, an excellent restaurant worth trying.
