We are a group of young people who are on a study trip and the food itself is good. But when it came time to pay they gave us a lot of problems because we wanted to pay separately (as is normal) and the waiter was a lazy person who didn't do his part and kept us for 30 minutes. He finally came to his senses after a long discussion. As a tip, ask if you can pay separately before sitting down because if you sit down you can't get up

Characteristic trattoria, super Florentine steak, superlative meat quality and perfect cooking. Non-touristy place although a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. Alessandro is a master of friendliness and hospitality. Prices in line, honest in not making you order too much and unnecessarily, with excellent advice on quantities and dishes.

Locale piccolino, in pieno centro storico alle spalle del Palazzo della signoria. Cucina tradizionale toscana eseguita con maestria. La titolare è una signora gentilissima e simpaticissima. Utili i consigli dispensati sia da lei sia da Alessandro. Una tappa obbligata.

Non è facile trovare un ristorante genuino , nella selva selvaggia della ristorazione "turistica" di Firenze, tra l'altro a due passi dagli Uffizi. Questo è un locale storico, che sa difendere la tradizione della qualità con raffinato e gustoso cibo fiorentino, condito dalla ospitalità e simpatia della Signora Bettina, che da sola merita una visita. Ci sono stato nel solleone di Ferragosto e con la tramontana di inizio dicembre, e ho mangiato e bevuto divinamente. Ci tornerò presto
