24/09/2025: We've already traveled a bit in Tuscany, and Trattoria Albana is truly an insider tip. The food was fantastic, and the service was fast and very friendly. We shared the pici with cheese and pepper sauce and the veal ragout, and both were perfect. The ragout, in particular, was as tender as butter and practically fell apart just by looking at it 🤤 We were very full, and the really reasonable price rounded off the evening perfectly. According to the waiter, almost all of the ingredients are grown in the restaurant's garden! It doesn't get much better than that!

20/09/2025: Invited by my friends to a restaurant in Florence 🇮🇹, I had the chance to enjoy authentic and refined cuisine. For the starter, delicious fresh mushrooms topped with generous shavings of cheese and a drizzle of olive oil 🍄🧀. For the main course, the Florentine specialty: tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked meat, accompanied by grilled vegetables and mushrooms 🥩🍋. A truly enjoyable and convivial experience, thank you to my friends for this wonderful culinary discovery ❤️.

Seven of us dined here, a family lunch, and we had the opportunity to sample several dishes on the menu, which, as expected, doesn't have a thousand dishes, but rather imaginative and delicious options. Everything was truly delicious, with the meats (T-bone steak and fillets) cooked with meticulous precision according to our requests. Excellent wines. The setting is beautiful, both inside and in the outdoor garden. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner is incredibly charming. We'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: A culinary experience of the highest order! The food here is unbelievably delicious – every dish was an absolute highlight. There's no menu; the chef decides what's served – and that's exactly what makes the visit so special. Each course was perfectly seasoned, creatively presented, and prepared with palpable passion. The entire team is extremely polite, attentive, and warm, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. Advance reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is apparently very popular and usually full – quite rightly so!
