01/07/2026: The quality of the meat is unquestionable, leaving aside the various orders of Panzaniese meat that occasionally left something to be desired, but on the other hand they were very kind and did not charge me for the inconvenience, but in addition to the products the inconvenience also occurs in the service which at least in recent years leaves something to be desired for what you spend, and to be in the Michelin guide I repeat, on the other hand it is an excellent restaurant but they could do much better 💪🏼🫶🏼

Excellent dishes, I had pappardelle with game ragu and I have to say it was exceptional... excellent cured meats and, of course, the wine...

25/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Sandrino's. The set menu included a porcini mushroom first course, a hare first course, followed by wild boar stew with olives and steak. Everything was wonderful.

05/06/2026: We'll definitely be back. It was a pleasant experience, but I expected something more from the food. The three appetizers were very good, although the first course on the right was really too salty for my taste. I opted for a vegetarian appetizer and first course, not because I'm vegetarian, but out of curiosity. The appetizer, a zucchini flan, was good, but not exceptional or surprising. Unfortunately, there wasn't a vegetarian main course, so I opted for the heifer, which, however, disappointed me. I had asked for it to be rare, but it was medium, and I expected the meat to be more tender. For the dessert entree, I would have preferred the mousse to be colder for a bit of contrast. The service was good, the staff attentive and kind, but not overbearing, and the location was well-kept and very beautiful. This is a place that lends itself and is highly recommended for special occasions, especially romantic ones. The sommelier is the jewel in the crown: kind and knowledgeable, she recommended a wine that we really enjoyed. the bill in line with what was eaten and drunk.
31/05/2026: Last night we were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding in this exceptional venue.
Mr. Antonio and his family, like all their staff, are professionals with a capital P, kind and helpful.
The welcome, the location, and the food were impeccable in every way.
We will definitely be back to visit them and sample their delicacies.
We highly recommend it for anyone planning to celebrate weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and any other event.
A name that's a guarantee.

06/07/2026: We ate alone at the cave restaurant. It was interesting to see, nice and cool inside, and we were the only ones there (it was a shame to see it so empty). The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We ordered a pecorino cheese board and pici all'aglione. Very reasonably priced.

15/06/2026: This was the most delicious meal I’ve had since coming to Italy. At 72 euros for 1.2 kilograms of steak, I think it’s great value for money, even considering prices in Korea. That’s because it was so delicious and the quality was excellent. It’s not the kind of taste that gets cloying! It is truly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. And the pasta was also the best fit for Korean palates, haha.
The staff kept checking to see if the food was okay, and before grilling, they even brought out the meat to show us which cut they were going to use! I feel great that we had such a pleasant experience on our honeymoon! If I come to Pienza again, I will definitely come back here!!!!!

12/05/2026: So good we had to go back twice. The food itself is fantastic, with outstanding dishes such as the pear raviolini, pici con ragu or the anchovies as a starter. This is just to name a few - every dish we had there was wonderful, as well as an extensive and very complete wine selection. The restaurant is very cozy and intimate, and the staff are truly lovely. It’s so good to find a restaurant like this in the most touristic part of Florence, we could not recommend it enough!
11/05/2026: Delicious and authentic Italian food served by friendly dedicated staff in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Very comfortable.
The pear raviolinos in a light Parmesan cream sauce was amazing! Followed by a delicious filet with peppercorn sauce and buttery roasted fingerling potatoes.
Finished with a perfect chocolate cake which was a small moist rich torte with fudge sauce and fresh whipped cream.

02/05/2026: A high-end restaurant located in a historic 16th-century building. Beneath the building are the historic cellars of Tenuta Squarcialupi, where Chianti is still aged today: these fascinating and evocative spaces are open to visitors.
The restaurant offers a traditional Tuscan menu, expertly revisited by chef Francesco Costagli. The pasta is carefully prepared by chef Alessio Perna, a true master. The service is attentive, friendly, and, dare I say, impeccable. A truly exceptional culinary experience: I highly recommend lunch or dinner here. Special praise goes to the owner, Mauro Maestrini, a true master of the art. The entire team, from the kitchen to the dining room, deserves praise for their professionalism and dedication. An experience worth repeating... the only risk: it can be addictive! 😊
01/05/2026: We had (or we thought we have a reservation in another restaurant), but it turned out to be closed. Trying to find a place nearby without reservation and last minute, we bumped into this place which was full mainly with locals, but also few tourists like us. We were lucky they could find us a table and we enjoyed fantastic food. Atmosphere and service are also very good. Highly recommend it!

The service was fast and beautiful. The service was polite. We read the reviews and don't understand those who gave it one star. We're one of those customers who find fault with a fork being placed incorrectly. We found no fault here!
