This was a great find during our visit to Saturnia. The service was excellent, especially from our server, Mr. Ayoub. Their steak was wonderful. They had a wide variety of meats to choose from. A must-try.

A detour that paid off — we ended up in Saturnia by mistake and luckily found a lovely Airbnb. While there, we discovered Due Cippi Dal 1976 and managed to secure a reservation for our family. Even though we were exhausted, the whole experience felt exciting from the moment we arrived. Our waiter was warm friendly and knowledgeable he gave an excellent recommendation when helping us choose our steaks 🥩 As always, we try to experience the local specialties and produce wherever we travel, so we chose the aged dairy cow — and it was absolutely stunning. Alongside the steaks, we enjoyed beautiful appetisers and vegetables, all of which our children aged 9, 6, and 3 happily devoured. Paired beautifully with a local wine. Oh the charcoal lemon pie completed our night. What a stunning restaurant and lovely experience. Bravo 👏

Incredible experience. Was so worried it wouldnt live up to the hype as had been looking forward to this for a long time, but it was everything you want from a culinary experience and delivered on every level. Went with my wife and 2 daughters and for a top end restaurant the atmosphere was not pretentious, it was perfectly balanced like all the flavours. We had the Italian Wagyu and many other delights with an amazing bottle of red wine. Staff wrre super friendly, took me to look at all the various cuts and talk to you about which wpuld be best for what I wanted to experience and it was perfect. This is one of the best restaurants in the world. Met the owner/chef Lorenzo at the end, lovely guy but a true master of his craft.

The appetizer is very good, but we’re told the Chianina beef are not aged enough yet, which is quite a surprise for a meat ristorante in such caliber, we have to choose other cut, then things start go downhill, I normally cooked American wagyu beef myself at home, my wife said it is much better, not worth for 300 euro on the meal. It is also odd they have a miscellaneous charge, not sure exactly what it is.

A top-notch culinary experience: we ate wonderfully from start to finish. Everything was top-notch in terms of quality and preparation. The only downside is the wine list, which we found rather prohibitively expensive. I'd suggest adding a few more affordable options to make the experience perfect in every way. Highly recommended!

We were treated to a true food and wine experience. Thanks to Lorenzo and his entire staff. It's a true Italian excellence and absolutely deserves the title "best steak restaurant" in Italy. We'll definitely see you again.

A year after a disappointing experience, we decided to give this restaurant, which we had frequented for years, another chance. And we absolutely did not regret it. The quality has returned to an exceptional level: every dish, from appetizers to desserts, was simply delicious. It was even difficult to choose, as everything looked so tempting. We would also like to highlight the impeccable service and the excellent recommendations of the sommelier. A very pleasant surprise—the restaurant has rediscovered all the charm and excellence that made it so special!

The best Chianina I've ever eaten. The restaurant is top-notch. The service is excellent, with remarkable customer service. Highly recommended. The food is excellent, and I dare say the preparation and cooking of the meat is PERFECT. Absolute quality. See you next time!

07/04/2026: A very well-maintained inn, with a welcoming atmosphere and well-spaced tables. We ate at a table facing a wide selection of (we assume) collectible wines, displayed to frame a simple yet refined setting. We ordered two appetizers (sfocato with confit tomatoes, anchovies, and burrata, a potato and onion millefeuille with a delicious Greek sauce accompanied by the ever-present San Daniele prosciutto), two first courses (maltagliati with wild boar ragù and beetroot gnocchi with venison ragù) accompanied by two glasses of Valpolicella red wine, highly recommended by the very knowledgeable staff (the wine cellar is amazing). The waiters are very friendly and attentive to your needs and requests, and the staff gets a thumbs up. As for the quantity, I must say that it's artisanal cuisine that combines traditional local flavors with top-quality, non-native ingredients (the portions aren't gourmet-style). The price is slightly above average, but you know, quality comes at a price. The restaurant gets a full thumbs up.
