12/07/2024: Dagli anni ’50 la Trattoria Da Fagiolino è un locale storico che non delude mai. Questa mitica trattoria-locanda si trova nel centro del paese di Cutigliano, uno splendido borgo medievale dell’Appennino Pistoiese. Esterno in pietra, riconoscibile dalla grande insegna. Interni con ambiente caldo ed accogliente, locali spaziosi con cucina a vista e veranda luminosa. Le immagini alle pareti raccontano un lungo passato di dediche e riconoscimenti. Menu vario con ampia scelta anche con piatti particolari e sfiziosi di tradizione toscana, tutti molto curati e di qualità eccellente. Specialità funghi !!! Personale cordiale, gentile, competente ed attento al servizio. Senza alcun dubbio è uno dei migliori ristoranti del nostro Appennino. Giudizio eccellente e complimenti veramente. Se siete in zona ed amate la buona cucina un ristorante assolutamente da provare. Durante l’anno aperto a pranzo e cena soltanto da giovedi a domenica, mentre nel periodo estivo chiuso soltanto il lunedi.

06/07/2024: Very nice setting on the terrace. The place has a limited but yet full menu to choose from. Food quality was superb, took the duck from daily suggestion. presentation was a bit lacking. Tiramisu was great

04/06/2024: From the legendary Gialdini who, since I was little, used to get stuffed focaccia for school every day, and today I am a customer, together with my family, of the Bottega dell'Oste. Excellent place, welcoming, and with professionalism on the part of the waiters, the owner is kind and very nice, excellent and superior quality food, the steak or steak, the pizza, the side dishes, the appetizers and desserts, unfortunately we still have to taste the first courses but I already know they will be exceptional. Excellent choice of wines. They even choose the background music carefully and is pleasant company while eating. I highly recommend La Bottega dell'Oste♡

27/05/2024: Fairly high quality raw materials, decent result (not exciting) but high cost. 2 starters, 1 first course, 1 second course, 1 dessert and water €72 ...... 👀❗❗❗ (In my opinion there is an extra €7/8 which is around 10% and is not a little) polite, friendly staff (too much and therefore obviously false) but at the same time totally impersonal. When you dine out, you have to feel good, in tune with the place and the staff and the food must have something that remains in your memory and unfortunately all this didn't happen; too bad ❗).

03/07/2024: Si arriva al locale con qualche difficoltà. E’ infatti posizionato nella zona industriale della città. Esterno dubitativo. Interno, a prima impressione, dai contorni poco nitidi. Si avverte che per dimensioni delle sale e per il numero dei camerieri e’ un locale che vive alla carta, ma anche di eventi. Come accadeva anni or sono. Spesso. Menu’ niente da stupire. Carta dei vini invece molto importante. Salsa per crostini alla Toscana, non accesa. Buona. Coniglio in casseruola la, specialità della casa, notevole. Risotto ai funghi nella media. Quasi dimenticato. Fagioli bianchi all’olio, anch’essi nella media. Un bel Chianti morbido… prezzi un po’ sopra alle aspettative. Esci con il profumo di un ristorante vissuto. Da verificare la evoluzione futura. Forse ancora di incerta identità’

03/06/2024: I was there for two evenings during the week!!!, I ate very well with 7/9 people, for this reason I called on the phone for Sunday lunch, to bring another 9 people, extolling to my friends the good food eaten previously!!, We're coming at 1pm, we are put in a room and the Sunday menu is brought to me, I ask for the normal menu, I am told that on Sunday we eat a fixed menu with an appetizer of cured meats and tortiglioni with meat sauce, I get angry asking why the day before I was told that on Sundays we eat like at the Unity celebration, without any choice, making me look very bad with the people brought??

21/06/2024: Maybe I had the wrong day.... The appetizers were discreet, I have never accepted water like that in any restaurant/tavern, in a Purifier bottle, never mind. For the first course or three first courses, Spaghetti alle Vongole. A DISASTER, first they look like "nudols" second the clams eighty percent closed the open ones obviously full of sand. I think!?! How does the chef of this business come up with a dish like this? We hope to find an improvement in a future visit 💥🍷💥

23/06/2024: We booked a table for dinner intrigued by the excellent reviews and the particular decor... what can I say!? Apart from a young staff who is truly attentive to service, the dishes are all delicious, really! Nice and particular furnishings! Typical Tuscan cuisine cooked better than at home! Well done guys from the staff in the dining room to the kitchen! We left really satisfied! Ps recommended porcini mushroom pie AMAZING! :)

23/06/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant, a beautiful place in the historic center of Pistoia, very characteristic. You immerse yourself completely in the history, every little thing present reminds you of Tuscany, the food is something amazing, it's not the classic restaurant, it feels like being in Grandma's house. Congratulations to the Owners for hiring such qualified and professional, very kind staff. Highly recommended
