26/01/2026: We had a great meal here on Saturday night. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the menu was varied. I had the Tagliatelline di teroldego with sausage and cheese and it was amazing. It was a reasonable portion size, and the flavours were delicious. My guest had the chicken fillet which was also very enjoyable. We opted for dessert, the apple strudel was our favourite, although we felt we needed more vanilla sauce. The carafe of red wine we had was great quality and for a reasonable price, so much so, we ordered another. Overall, a wonderful meal and glad we chose to visit!

07/04/2026: We did a beautiful hike from Taormina up to the top of the hill, which was definitely the highlight of our visit. The views were absolutely breathtaking — we could see Etna, the sea, and the Teatro Greco. It was truly stunning. In the evening after the dinner we went all the way down by walk, very easy, comfortable and illuminated. The restaurant also offers a very nice view, but I would recommend going when the weather is warm and the windows are open to fully enjoy it. The service was very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The food was good —around four-star, but we had slightly higher expectations when it came to the cuisine.

15/03/2026: One of my favorite places One of my favorite places, not just in Altamura, but in general. The quality is truly top-notch, and every time it's a unique sensory experience where Chef Donato Calvi amazes you with each of his creations. My favorite dishes are the spaghetti experience, the savory panettone/colomba, the fake risotto, the marrow with tartare, and the gelato with warm brioche. My wife, on the other hand, is captivated by the artichoke with sour cream, but I recommend trying them all because they're truly worth it.

The traditional dishes are delicious, and honestly, I wasn't expecting them to be so generous. You eat really well and leave feeling full. All at a fair price that reflects the quality of the offerings. Highly recommended if you're looking for authenticity and substance!
03/04/2026: I tried both the regular risotto and a classic Piedmontese dessert. The risotto was incredibly flavorful. The dessert was soft and tender with a crunchy biscuit base. I experienced different textures.

18/03/2026: A hidden treasure inside Mercato delle Erbe. Also places tables right outside, for those who can't stand a slightly heavy fish smell from the market. From carpaccio to salad and fried dishes, there is a feast of flavors with fresh ingredients (probably from the market). Extremely well cooked and tasteful dishes. Not to mention also a very good treat of salty and vinegary fish fillet with avocado. As always the stuff was very polite, quick and professional. The only blemish i want to mention is the charge of 2 € for taped water. Of course not for the money - because the prices are very reasonable - but for the mentality of most Italian restaurants. You must visit this or similar places, to become a part of Bolognese culture.
18/03/2026: Excellent quality in a magical atmosphere. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for a hearty aperitivo.

27/03/2026: There are no longer any secrets or things to discover, as pizzeria al 384 has been a landmark for Romans for years, and I mean, for all lovers of good food. The architect of this success is undoubtedly due to Roberto Ferrone, a talented young pizza chef, and his staff, who, without much fanfare, have managed to transform this place into a true gourmet delicacy. The space isn't very large, but it's large enough to accommodate customers both inside and out. The menu includes pizza and traditional fried foods like classic suppli, but that's not all. Along with the evergreens, this place offers seasonal and seasonal delicacies. Right now, for example, they're offering a fried tramezzino with Cetara red tuna, lime mayo, and tomato. Let's talk about the pizzas: they use a selection of stone-ground flours. I like to call it, as it has been described, a hybrid between Roman and Neapolitan, with a pronounced crust and a thin center. The oven is electric. I've been coming here for a few years now, and what's always pleasantly surprised me, besides a long-lasting dough that perfectly combines two traditions and the always balanced and harmonious toppings, is the 384 rule and few but well-balanced ingredients. I can't help but mention tonight's pizza, which in a certain sense encapsulates the meaning of my words. What I particularly appreciated was the fact that the porchetta wasn't cooked but rather taken out of the oven. I can't even say why I agree with the pizza chef. The success of a place lies in maintaining the desire and passion for cooking as if always having to please a small audience of customers. If you'll pardon the expression, a food shop. These guys haven't lost their hunger and desire to assert themselves in today's landscape, characterized by stereotypes dictated more by a vision of social media goals that will bring visibility. But I believe that even today, authenticity is still a precious gift that few possess. Keep it up, guys.

05/03/2026: Food was absolutely lovely, 10/10. The service was also a perfect 10/10. The only thing that surpassed them were the host’s eyebrows, 11/10. The chef came out at the end, which made the evening even more special. Altogether, it made for a truly unforgettable experience.
03/03/2026: A special and intimate experience at Feel Como. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and pleasant lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere. The gentleman serving us was highly professional and attentive, offering excellent recommendations throughout the meal. We began with a beautiful and delicious amuse-bouche that set the bar high for the rest of the lunch. The chef clearly demonstrates great skill and genuine respect for the ingredients. As a small downside, both main courses arrived lukewarm and became completely cold by the time we finished them, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. That said, it’s definitely worth a visit while in Como.
