Beautiful restaurant where service and excellent food come together in the best way. One of the most interesting menus we’ve seen in Sicily - hard to choose. Quality was superb and very attentive and warm service. Highly recommend.

The best food in Sicily so far. Profiterole out of this world. Essentially all Italian food is missing is a bit of agape you can find in this restaurant❤️ Mix of Greece and Italy - cannot get better!

Delightful restaurant with a nice atmosphere and decor, fabulous regional, seasonal food, very freshly prepared and attractively served. The real standout though is the staff. I wish I could give our lovely long-blonde-haired waitress 10 stars!! She managed our large party with a couple difficult diners, with grace, ease, and a beatific smile. Very grateful!!

Kiri and her husband, Fabio, have created a really special blend of Greek and Sicilian cuisine at Retroscena. The ambience, decorations, service and food were all delightful. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of trying the cheese, cured meat, olive, caponata, potato polpetta, Sicilian frittata, and more, and I can confidently say it was a triumph of flavors! The selection of cured meats was excellent, and the cheeses, carefully paired, were a true sensory journey. A perfect dish for sharing, perhaps with a good glass of wine recommended by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you're looking for an authentic, high-quality experience, this platter is a must-try! Kudos to the kitchen for their care and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!
