We visited during Vinitaly, and the team kindly allowed us to bring a bottle from our own vineyard for a corkage fee. We deeply appreciated this gesture, and our wine turned out to be a perfect match with the menu. As a hospitality professional myself, I was truly charmed by the team’s work. The service was flawless; they moved with such grace, almost like a dance. Their presence was always felt at the exact right moment, yet they remained incredibly discreet. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were perfect. It has been a long time since we’ve had such a seamless experience from A to Z. 24/04/2026: I was (again) recently a guest at this extraordinary restaurant! The strong point is definitely the quality of the products available, especially the raw fish, a specialty in my opinion! Excellent service; I felt pampered by the staff! Magical location.... Intimate for those seeking privacy, but also suitable for business dinners (there were 15 of us and we had a wonderful time in the private room on the first floor).

03/05/2026: Absolutely amazing, nothing that could be improved. Setting beautiful, classic with eclectic accents, formal but relaxed, chef walking around and engaging with his guests the whole evening, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and then the food. We got the 10 course menu which was a little much, but wouldn’t have wanted to miss any course. There were an additional two appetizers and dessert as well. A real journey of different tastes, combinations and textures. Some surprising some more recognizable but all excellently prepared and beautifully presented. They were very flexible and adapted some dishes for my gluten-free intolerance, without making me feel difficult or having me miss out on anything. Highly highly recommend, great value for money and will definitely be returning! Grazie per una serrata perfetta!!!

27/03/2026: I went their with my boyfriend for his birthday. The location was very nice on a little hill overlooking the lake. The service and food were just outstanding, we enjoyed everything we tried. The chef came to our table to greet us and even explained some of the dishes which was very cool and made our day. We highly recommend :)

23/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria last night to enjoy a quiet evening. The place is characterized by an elegant, all-wood decor, simplistic and calm. The atmosphere is more than comfortable. The service is impeccable; the waitress, always smiling, was friendly and professional. The pizza arrived in less than ten minutes. The water bottle was in glass, not plastic. The pizza is the jewel in the crown of this pizzeria. I chose the whole-wheat dough. It was soft and easy to digest. One of the very few pizzas without any burn marks underneath. The pizza chef is excellent. What can I say, excellent in every way. I highly recommend it. Well done everyone.

19/12/2025: We just had a great experience dining in Trattoria Valmarana. Both of our servers were really nice and the food was incredible! I wasn’t sure what to order and the pasta recommendation that server gave was so delicious! It was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had 🥹 Would definitely recommend 😊

The service, besides being super nice and helpful, you can see that they really care about their products and customers. Seven of us came from Milan, and I have to say that for what we ate and how much the price was, it was truly excellent. I repeat, SPECTACULAR food. Highly recommended ❤️
