Mix of Babà sponged with alchermes and Florentine zuccotto filled with dark chocolate, buffalo ricotta.
Most impressed by the first part of the menu, with the asparagus standing out above all the rest, which in any case was perhaps made with simple but quality materials and with extreme technique.
In extremis surpassed by the sweet due to the hint of salt.
The absolute strong point is the service, both with the waiters and directly with the chef, with whom we discussed the vegetarian menu and the dish I liked the most for a few minutes.

11/03/2024: ottimo ristorante in un periodo di poca affluenza si godono anche di più. Ottimo servizio, appetizer modesti ma buon pane servito caldo. ottima la cantina, mare caldo perfetto, spaghetti peperoni e ostriche magnifici, unico rilievo il filetto di agnello stupendamente guarnito ma ahimé totalmente insapore. Dolci nel complesso poco creativi rispetto alla filosofia del ristorante anche se di buona materia prima.

Il Palagio - Four Seasons Hotel

I’d probably rate this as one of the top 15 meals we’ve ever had.
We did the chef’s tasting with the wine pairing and had an exquisite meal. They served us six courses overall plus some extras.
Wonderful Amuse-bouche to start with several very light appetizers, seafood and pasta courses. The finale was the dessert box which was a-maz-ing. We opted for the “unique wine pairing” because of its uniqueness and were not disappointed. Sommelier was wonderful.
Service was what you’d expect from the Four Seasons. Lobster was best I’ve ever had. Overall the whole meal was a 10, simple and wonderful with a strong focus on regional favorites.
1 small suggestion: We wish there was a more complete cocktail menu. Its fun to get a list beyond martini and Bellini. But if you like the classics or know exactly what you want, bar service was exceptional. Everything was perfectly prepared, we just prefer to try new things.
A wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

09/03/2024: I went there yesterday for the first time and I have to say that the pizza was good. As for the place itself, I would say that it is a nice environment, the waiters are very good. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I have to try the restaurant menu again. However I will definitely return.

17/03/2024: Bella location, ambiente tranquillo dove si riesce a parlare con chi hai di fronte senza urlare e badate che non è sempre così.
Tavoli molto ampi e mise en place curata, noi abbiamo cenato con tutto pesce ma ho visto sul menù che c'erano anche piatti a base di carne, antipasti ottimi, sono amante del crudo e devo dire che era molto buono, i secondi altrettanto buoni, abbiamo variato dal fritto alle grigliate e si sente chiaramente che è pesce fresco e per finire i dolci non erano da meno, ottima la carta dei vini, non ho dato 5 stelle solo per alcuni dettagli, tipo le pietanze che non sono arrivate tutte insieme (eravamo in 4 commensali) oppure i contorni che anche quelli sono arrivati a "rate" e da questo tipo di ristorante sono dettagli che vanno curati.
Prezzo che rapportato alla qualità del mangiato è più che giusto, naturalmente non è un ristorantino per turisti ma un luogo molto più ricercato sia per location sia per la qualità dei piatti quindi la spesa è di conseguenza, muovo un appunto al coperto perché 3,50 euro mi sembrano accessivi, ma sono dettagli, per tutto il resto niente da lamentare, anzi siamo stati più che bene.

14/03/2024: I recently had dinner at this very popular restaurant. Let's start with the truly excellent crudités, a very beautiful dish and very fresh fish. The sea bass in the tagliolino was also fresh, the problem was the excessive use of butter which made the pasta so heavy that it made me feel nauseous even the next day. I found the use of cream and butter in most of their first courses, I prefer fish cooked simply which is what I expected from this place, a shame because you can feel the quality but the yield is terrible. My personal taste.
09/03/2024: Not very satisfying. The menu on the website lists dishes that are not available, such as fried fish, and I went there on purpose. My fillet was very tough and when I mentioned it, eating just two bites, I wasn't even offered a replacement. Chaotic parking. But the service was courteous. We will try again in the summer with fish
