16/07/2026: Wonderful experience in our second time in this beautiful restaurant in Saluzzo. The food is exquisite, so is the service. Very elegant dishes that reflect the region, extremely well-prepared. The wine list is simply amazing, too Definitely recommended, and worth changing your road to nake sure you visit and have a meal there if you are in the region.

12/07/2026: I visited Le Quattro Stagioni restaurant with my partner and a friend. The menu is captivating for the quality of the ingredients and the care with which each dish is prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which are simply exceptional. The service was impeccable: Roberta and Piero's professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. An experience I highly recommend.

15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.

24/12/2025: Gourmet lunch in Piedmont Beautiful setting in a small Piedmont village, with attentive and fast service. We enjoyed an aperitif, two glasses of prosecco, and were served four entrées: a chickpea cone, a savory baba, a blue cheese and hazelnut tart, and tomato chips with fresh cream and anchovies with lemon jelly. Very special. There were several tasting menus available, as well as the à la carte menu. We chose the Territory and Tradition tasting menu for €70 per person. Typical Monferrato dishes presented with care. Piedmontese Fassona tartare, rosemary and mustard, smoked egg yolk and shallots, truly excellent. Traditional plinth, roast gravy and thyme, Piedmontese fillet, celeriac, black cabbage, and Bordeaux sauce. Everything was delicious. The pre-dessert, you either love it or hate it, was a very special vinegar sorbet. The dessert: I'm not...a Bonet! Made with the ingredients of a bunet. We were served a small pastry along with coffee and four small sweets. Drinks are not included. Cover charge is €5, 75cl water €4, and we spent €208 for two. Recommended for a special occasion.

The crepes are good and unique, but I personally found them to be underfilled (in fact, I had to eat two to be full) and topped with a lot of salad, which I think is avoidable. 05/07/2026: Excellent experience!! I went there for lunch with my family and was able to try several dishes. The restaurant offers a variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, with a wide selection of desserts as well. We had gnocchi stuffed with pesto, yellow cherry tomatoes, and buffalo mozzarella, a cutlet with Caesar dressing accompanied by a salad, and zuccotti with a creamy eggplant and apricot sauce. The dishes looked very good, and the taste confirmed their excellence. The cutlet, though simple, was cooked really well with a lovely crust. The gnocchi were my favorite dish because the contrast between the cold buffalo mozzarella and the warm gnocchi made everything delicious. I have no complaints about the service; it was exceptional. I might add that the dishes were clearly freshly made and not reheated. It's in a very strategic and beautiful location overlooking the lake. As I said at the beginning, it was a very nice experience and I think I will go back.

19/06/2026: The restaurant is centrally located in the beautiful square, where you can enjoy al fresco lunch or dinner overlooking the island of San Giulio. This isn't our first time here, and we've always had a great experience. The menu varies seasonally and features an excellent wine list.

06/06/2026: Simply the best restaurant in Stresa by a country mile. We ate there twice and wasted one meal we could have had there trying somewhere else-what fools were we! Fabulous.

The dishes were made with excellent ingredients and beautifully presented, and the almond rice was divine and mouth-watering. The restaurant is very welcoming, intimate, and softly lit, with a beautiful open kitchen. The service was attentive and professional, and the entire staff was impeccable and very friendly, something we didn't find in other places, even the most renowned ones. The atmosphere was lovely. Not to be missed.

24/04/2026: A restaurant near the center, very neat and clean, with a casual atmosphere and friendly, approachable staff. You can tell they pay attention to detail. I had lunch with my wife, sharing dishes: fried zucchini flowers, truly light and excellent (no photos, they were eaten immediately); agnolotti with white ragù, very good and perfectly flavorful; cabbage with bagna cauda, ​​truly delicious and very flavorful; traditional veal with tuna sauce, delicious; and for dessert, the bonet, truly delicious. Having a daughter who's a pastry chef, I'm always hesitant to order desserts, but this one was truly top-notch. If I were to pass through Casale Monferrato again, I'd definitely stop by.

Upon entry, a well-stocked bar welcomes you for a delicious aperitif, flanked by a lounge with colorful sofas where you can enjoy it before dining in one of the dining rooms. Simple, comfortable furnishings. Reservations are recommended and appreciated.

15/07/2026: We've been wanting to try this place for a long time, and finally this evening we did! It was a revelation: an intimate, quiet interior with soft lighting, a knowledgeable staff always present but never intrusive, attention to detail, and the dishes presented with great elegance, care, and originality. The food was excellent and unique. A true treat. We'll be back often, and maybe next time we'll try the winter garden. An oasis among plants and the scent of lemons in the heart of the city. I was also intrigued by the magnificent private room...
