Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.

We had 20 minutes left, and we'd finished dinner, but a member of the restaurant approached us very rudely, saying, "This isn't Snai, we can't let you stay." There were five of us, we had dinner and drinks, and we were "evicted" in a very rude way. I'll never set foot in there again, and with me were many people who used to frequent the place before. But surely, to treat customers like that, you'll have plenty of them 😉 and that won't be a problem for you. P.S.: If you don't want to be treated like Snai, DON'T let them watch the games 😌.
