Excellent value for money, really worth it. Typical and very quiet environment. Caterina, who served us during dinner, is really very kind!

24/03/2025: We were in Milan for three days in March, so definitely no swimming in the rooftop pool! Ceresio 7 was recommended to us, so we booked. We were so pleased we went. From the lady at reception who took our coats, through the lady who seated us, and the lady and gentlemen who served our food, we cannot fault them. They were all very friendly, courteous and respectful; thank you. The food was of a very high standard. Beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, good quality ingredients. We had a mid-range bottle of wine which was very good. Our glasses were at no point empty, so well observed by the waitress. We were sat at a nice window seat with plenty of room between tables and not in the thoroughfare of people walking up and down. Ok, so it's not cheap, but when you get the quality of food, service and atmosphere that they offer, then I don't mind pushing the boat out once in a while. Thank you all for a lovely evening.

28/03/2025: The best italian restaurant me and my girlfriend tried in Italy, with the marvelous prawn pasta and the delicious lasagna. Every bite was delicious and I would recommend anyone passing by Varenna to give it a try ! A superb recommandation from my genius girlfriend !

10/04/2025: Wir sind weit gereist in Italien und das Maffei zählt zu den allerbesten Restaurants im Land. Ganz große Kunst die hier aus der Küche kommt und das beste Tiramisu aller Zeiten. Wir hatten vier Gänge und waren restlos begeistert. Service extrem aufmerksam und dennoch unaufgeregt. Wunderschönes Gebäude, eine richtige Oase. Einziger Wermutstropfen war dass wir zum Abschied mit den hausgemachten Cannoli vergessen wurden.

27/01/2025: The most amazing hotel in Positano, Italy. Its location is absolutely perfect. It’s in the heart of Positano, and the direct walkway to the beach. But when you walk into the gardens of hotel, you can no longer hear the noise or see the tourist. The rooms are gorgeous and their service is excellent. They have a morning buffet style breakfast. I am not someone who eats at buffets but this was one of the most magnificent spreads for breakfast. There are also staff to bring you drinks or anything else you may need during is time. There is a restaurant at the hotel. Food is great and easy to get seated at as well. We also rented a scooter, and they let us parking it in their private lot for free. We were able to access it whenever we needed and they always had a guard at the gate. I will only return to this hotel for future trips to Positano.

22/03/2025: Sono stato al Pedrocchino di sabato sera, ero con dei colleghi per una cena aziendale. È stato tutto perfetto, impeccabile! Il locale è bellissimo e il servizio… Top! Hanno da poco rinnovato il menù: il risotto è un must, ma da provare assolutamente il pedroburger e il sashimi di orata. Per non parlare dei dolci! A fine cena gentilmente ci hanno fatto fare il giro della cantina, anche essa molto ben fornita. Torneremo sicuramente !!

21/03/2025: Non è la prima volta che io e il mio compagno ceniamo al Pedrocchino ma ogni volta riescono a stupirci in senso positivo con nuove proposte culinarie ma soprattutto riescono sempre a confermare la cura nei dettagli, la qualità dei prodotti, l’attenzione verso il cliente e l’atmosfera speciale. Il menù è ben dettagliato sia nei prodotti che nei prezzi sempre esposti nella massima trasparenza ma l’attenzione finale viene data dal personale pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a descrivere i vari piatti nella maniera più professionale. La cura nei dettagli nell’impiattamento non ha nulla da inviare alla qualità del prodotto e alla cura della lavorazione. Purtroppo mancano un paio di scatti di piatti perché eravamo troppo concentrati a goderne li gusto ma spero questi rendano l’idea. Assolutamente, dopo aver girato molti ristoranti reputo Il Pedrocchino il migliore per qualità, servizio, presentazione e personale.

14/03/2025: We had dinner on the veranda overlooking the flow of the canal, a heated and welcoming environment. Very friendly and attentive service from the first contact. We took a mixed platter of cold cuts, super good.... top salami. Starter: tartare and an exquisite liver pâté, main course: Argentinian lomo... the excellent glasses of schiopettino were cut with a spoon. Price in line with the quality of the food, service and venue.

02/04/2025: I chose this place for my graduation lunch on the advice of a friend. We had a great time, the service was excellent, they were available and accommodated all my requests, even at the last minute. Excellent food, good wine and a very well-kept and convenient location for those who are in the university area. Absolutely recommended!
