28/07/2025: Vinimos a almorzar. Las vistas eran espectaculares, incluso cuando IT llovía. El personal era muy atento y la comida era fantástica. Comencé con las yemas de huevo crujientes, seguido del filete de filete. Algunos de los mejores alimentos que he comido en la costa de Amalfi. Mi esposa tenía la lingüina de langosta, que también era increíble. Los postres estaban al mismo nivel. Para tan buena comida y vino, el precio era extremadamente razonable. En mi opinión, no se decepcionará si come aquí. Vale IT pena.

22/07/2025: Where do I start? Unfortunately, I left this meal very disappointed. I first visited Bistrot in July 2020 with my mother. We discovered it by chance, tried it, and were absolutely impressed, every dish was outstanding, the service was excellent, and we returned the very next night. We left Forte dei Marmi with beautiful memories, one of the most vivid being the amazing dinners we had there. Fast forward five years: I’m back in Forte, this time with my boyfriend for one night. As soon as we planned the trip, I booked Bistrot immediately because I wanted him to experience the same exceptional food. I also noticed they had since earned a Michelin star, which raised my expectations even more. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to them. We were seated promptly, but the atmosphere felt chaotic. The staff weren’t exactly rushing, but there was a constant sense of urgency that made the space feel stressful rather than refined. Both my boyfriend and I noticed it straight away, not what you expect from a Michelin-level experience, but we were still hopeful. While ordering, I mentioned my allergies, and the waiter took note. He also pointed out that my boyfriend had only ordered meat dishes and asked if it was a preference, since the chef would be sending out amuse-bouches. We confirmed it was, and he said he’d inform the kitchen. When the amuse-bouches arrived, my boyfriend’s plate was identical to mine, two of the bites contained fish. He decided to try them anyway, but the oversight was disappointing. I also double-checked with the waiter who served them if they were safe for me (celery allergy). He said one might contain celery, something I had already informed another staff member about. He went to double-check and came back confirming it was safe, but this shouldn’t happen in a Michelin-starred restaurant. For starters, I had the calamari with chickpeas, and my boyfriend had the beef tartare. Both were beautifully plated, but lacked flavor. My calamari needed seasoning, and the tartare, though served with a sauce, tasted like plain meat. Thankfully, the bread selection was delicious, one of the few highlights up to that point. For the main course, I had the turbot, and my boyfriend had the green chicche with rabbit ragù and salted ricotta. Again, mine was bland. His, on the other hand, was flavorful and by far the best dish of the evening, the only one we’d recommend. For dessert, we shared a mascarpone cream with berries and cacao crumble. It was okay, but unremarkable. The true highlight of the evening was the sommelier, a young man who was friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently attentive. He helped us choose a wine and checked in with us throughout the night. His service was truly appreciated and stood out from the rest of the staff. That said, there were other service issues. We were seated at what I believe was the worst table in the restaurant, right in front of a door to the terrace. Staff constantly passed through, and every time, my hair (which I had in a bun) was brushed or bumped as they moved past. It was distracting and unpleasant, and no one seemed to notice. There were also a few issues with wine service. My boyfriend’s glass sat empty for a while until he poured it himself. A staff member noticed and apologized, but later in the meal the same thing happened, his glass stayed empty for another eight minutes before being refilled. The bill came to around €270, which I wouldn’t have minded at all had the food and service matched what I experienced in 2020. Sadly, it didn’t. I know some of my comments might seem picky, but I believe they’re fair, especially when evaluating a Michelin-starred restaurant. Even without the star, I don’t think I’d return. The food simply wasn’t memorable. It’s such a shame. I remembered this place as truly special. I hope my feedback is taken as a genuine opportunity to reflect and improve.

13/07/2025: We didn't plan to eat here, but walking past the ambience of the restaurant caught our attention. Calm, sophisticated and with a fantastic menu. The staff we friendly, providing enough time and space so we could relax, but we're attentive and helpful when needed. It was also much appreciated that they spoke some English which made up for our lack of language skills! They suggested a wine which was delcious, and the food was the best we had in Sicily. The quality was exceptional, and the portions enough to make for a filling meal. Overall making for a wondeful, relaxing evening. At no point were we rushed which made for a special evening.

30/06/2025: Pleasant atmosphere only partly spoiled by excessive and at times insincere ceremoniousness. One-way food offering: despite the refinement, the essential component is butter or dairy products. It would be worth offering dishes that do not include such ingredients. What we tasted was still of high quality, but served in biblical times: from the entrance, 1 hour passed in nothingness before receiving all the appetizers together. Recommended for those who are normally accustomed to eating in a primitive way and who want to clean up. In short, the style is something else. Unfortunately, given the efforts made in the kitchen and in the dining room, I am forced to give a low score. Having asked for the bill several times, after half an hour I went to the cashier without having received it.

14/08/2025: We had a very nice, cozy, and relaxed evening at Grotto Rialdo. We sat outside; we could barely hear the street noise. The staff were very attentive, flexible, friendly, and very humorous. The food was fresh and the portion size was perfectly adequate, so we even had dessert. There was a nice selection here, too, and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

12/08/2025: The owner moved us to another client after we were seated at a table. The steak was drenched in pepper sauce... The restaurant has a wide variety of dishes. From kebabs, pizzas, pasta dishes, and steaks. Basically everything.

17/07/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the dishes were carefully prepared and tasty. A truly excellent culinary experience, I will definitely return.

The place offers a welcoming atmosphere with reservations available both inside and outside—perfect for enjoying a Roman evening in any season. ✨ *What makes this pizzeria special:* - *Neapolitan pizza* cooked in an electric oven, surprisingly well-made: beautiful air bubbles and a light dough. - *Quality ingredients*: you can taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients, such as PETRA flour. - *Delicious desserts* that round out the meal, perfect for a sweet end. - *Friendly and helpful staff*, always ready to offer advice. *On a downside:* being in a central area, parking isn't exactly easy. Furthermore, the price of the pizza is slightly higher than the city average—probably justified by the quality of the ingredients. *In short:* if you're not afraid of spending a few extra euros and are willing to brave the parking hunt, this pizzeria will reward you with excellent pizza! I give it 4 stars for the prices, but I'll be back!

01/08/2025: A mouth-watering dinner. Elegant and intimate. Great for couples. The food was truly delicious; the carp with tomato sauce and anchovies stayed with me. We'll definitely be back. It's a shame there's no parking, as it's in the town.

I'd like to point out a mistake: "You should write that the tamosello dish has peas." Not everyone likes them. We had 2 first courses and 1 second course. Water and 1 glass of wine. Average price.

30/07/2025: Una cenetta di coppia davvero ottima. Il locale è suggestivo, posizionato tra le splendide vie di Pietrasanta. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo: cibo saporito e gustoso preparato con ingredienti di qualità ad un prezzo top! Ci tornerei volentieri. Super consigliato!
