Excellent restaurant, compliments to the chef. Fast service, but the dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful, and of excellent quality. The desserts are also top-notch.

A fantastic experience! Yes, you can feel the atmosphere of home, but with a priceless elegance and refinement. The food is a pure journey of flavors, sophistication, and indulgence! The rib-eye steak tastes like butter, the pasta dishes are perfect, the cured meats are excellent, and the dessert is divine! The owner is a true gentleman! Those owners who do it because, even after years, they still want to make their customers happy. The prices are more than fair for the quality they offer!

The restaurant stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and modern design, reinterpreting mountain style with great personality. The staff is highly qualified and distinguished by their extreme courtesy. As for the cuisine, the experience was excellent: the rabbit Bergamo-style was surprisingly delicate, something I'd never tried before, accompanied by some of the best polenta I've ever tasted.

Excellent and very beautiful restaurant: the owner, Leo, is very kind and knowledgeable in recommending wines. What can I say about the dishes: we had pizzoccheri, which were PERFECT, and a delicious rib-eye steak, cooked just as we requested! The desserts were also delicious! I recommend anyone passing through Castione to eat at Risol: they won't regret it and will definitely return!

Pizzeria d'Asporto "La Rustica"

30/05/2026: If you're looking for authentic Italian pizza right next to Bergamo's Orio al Serio airport, La Rustica is the absolute best. Personally, I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The menu is impressive – they have over 100 pizza varieties, so everyone will find something they like, although choosing isn't easy. I opted for the seafood version (frutti di mare) and it was an absolute masterpiece. The ingredients were super fresh, perfectly prepared, and the dough was perfect. Interestingly, before visiting, I checked other reviews online and I have to confirm what people are saying: it's a charming, family-run place where pizza arrives quickly (often literally within minutes of ordering), and the prices are incredibly fair considering the quality and proximity to the airport. A true, authentic Italian atmosphere without being pompous. If you're in the Bergamo area, you simply must visit. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back next time! 🍕🦑
