The restaurant stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and modern design, reinterpreting mountain style with great personality. The staff is highly qualified and distinguished by their extreme courtesy. As for the cuisine, the experience was excellent: the rabbit Bergamo-style was surprisingly delicate, something I'd never tried before, accompanied by some of the best polenta I've ever tasted.

Excellent and very beautiful restaurant: the owner, Leo, is very kind and knowledgeable in recommending wines. What can I say about the dishes: we had pizzoccheri, which were PERFECT, and a delicious rib-eye steak, cooked just as we requested!
The desserts were also delicious!
I recommend anyone passing through Castione to eat at Risol: they won't regret it and will definitely return!

Today was my first time here for lunch, and I couldn't have chosen better. The place is beautifully decorated, and the staff at the tables are friendly and attentive to customer needs. I had a great time, and if I ever get a chance to pass through the area again, I'll definitely be back. Well done, keep up the good work.
