Dinner to celebrate our twenty-fifth anniversary, tasting menu, everything perfect. A true taste experience, all the courses perfectly balanced in flavor: fabulous raw fish appetizer (truly unforgettable raw amberjack tartlet), spaghetti with sea urchins and truly incredible tuna bottarga. My only suggestion, but I'm afraid I'm just being subjective, is that the banana mordicroccata was a little cloying, while I found the pina colada ice cream sensational. The service was attentive, attentive without being intrusive. Truly excellent. I recommend the tasting menu to anyone new to the restaurant and wanting a complete dining experience.

There's no point in complimenting this place; I've been to this magical place more than once and have always found the staff to be incredibly professional and friendly.
If you want to eat the best fish of your life, this is the place to go.
On top of that, I found one of the best bread baskets I've ever had, a rare find in restaurants of this caliber.

A real gem. Great location on the renovated seafront. Elegant but relaxed atmosphere, impeccable service with a smile. The tasting menue is themed around fresh seafood, both raw and cooked, inventive and beautifully arranged. We will be back!

As a regular eater at starred restaurants, I can say the quality of the plates was excellent, I think it's the best restaurant in the region. I especially liked the dish with cuttlefish, which was surprising given that i am not a big fan of that fish.
My overall rating is 7/10, with things to improve:
- the wait between dishes is very long. I am the first to say that good dishes need time to be prepared, but it was quite noticeable how long it took between dishes
- the predessert and dessert were a letdown compared to the excellent main dishes. The predessert should rather be acidic than sweet to cleanse the palate. The dessert was not refined enough.
So while I think the restaurant deserves 5 stars compared to what is available in the area, I hope the team can improve on these two things.

I ordered an aperitif and a five-course menu, which retained their authentic flavor in a very original presentation. I loved the raw fish.

Special and precious… these are the adjectives that come to mind when I think of tonight's dinner at Sarri. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, the dining room staff, led by Alessandra—the chef's beautiful wife—is courteous and knowledgeable. We sampled the chef's special, titled "lasciatemi fare" (let me do it). The dishes are balanced, delicious, and carefully crafted, presented with extreme elegance. The ingredients are of excellent quality, fully respecting the local area and the seasons. I'm sure we'll be back again, and without a doubt, we'll "let you do it again" 🥰

Delicious food, beautifully presented. We opted for the 5-course tasting menu, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is very professional and attentive. We will definitely be back :)
