12/04/2026: A charming place with small, well-used tables. On Saturday evening, they seated us right away, informing us very kindly and cordially that they were having issues with the fryer and that perhaps it would be better to focus on other options to avoid too long a wait. The waitress taking our order was knowledgeable, especially about the beer selection. The food was good; the Rosti was crispy and tasty, and the sandwiches were also really good, although we had to wait a while for them, but again, on a Saturday evening, I don't expect too much. Average prices. Recommended.

04/05/2026: This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is exquisite, and the staff is courteous and extremely professional, attentive but not intrusive. The owner, Luca, is a delightful person, and you can see the passion in his eyes for what he does and what he has created. Let's talk about his masterpieces. We chose to have lunch here, and the food they served was so excellent we decided to return that same evening, and they did not disappoint. They use top-quality ingredients: cured meats, cheeses, and meats were excellent. The tagliolini with porcini mushrooms won us over from the first bite, not to mention the desserts, which made us dream. The quality/price ratio is definitely in line with the products offered. Highly recommended. Congratulations on everything. We'll see you again as soon as we return to Livigno.

25/04/2026: We had dinner last night and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. While we waited to order, they served us a mini platter of cheese and ham. The trio of pizzoccheri was spectacular, three different flavors but still delicious. The veal with tuna sauce appetizer was a one-pot meal...the cream was like foam; I've never tasted anything better...a combination of flavors beyond the visual impact. The venison skewered with polenta and mushrooms was a delight, and we savored it down to the last bite. Finally, dessert was a must: a trio of mini desserts, each one better than the last... Through all of this, we saw the skill of the kitchen, the kindness of the staff, and the attention they give to each customer. As our first time at this restaurant, we were extremely satisfied, and it has become our favorite place. We will definitely be back.

28/05/2026: There are restaurants that impress with their technical prowess. And then there are places like Lido 84 that go far beyond that, creating truly memorable experiences. I've been there several times now—and each time, I've felt like I wasn't just going out to eat, but rather part of a deeply personal culinary narrative. Riccardo Camanini's cuisine combines something that very few chefs master: the utmost precision with genuine warmth. Nothing here feels loud, contrived, or gimmicky. Instead, perfect ingredients, exceptional technique, and immense creativity combine to create a cuisine brimming with soul and emotion. Dishes like the legendary Cacio e Pepe served in a pig's bladder are, of course, spectacular—not for the visual effect, but because they possess an incredible depth, elegance, and naturalness. This same quality permeates the entire menu: memories, childhood, tradition, and modern interpretation merge into something entirely unique. What I find particularly impressive is how poetic this cuisine remains despite all its technical sophistication. Some dishes are almost like little stories—sometimes warm and comforting, sometimes surprisingly playful, but always with remarkable clarity and a deep respect for the ingredients. Added to this is the exceptional hospitality, which has become rare even in top-tier restaurants. You don't feel like you're in a temple of fine dining, but genuinely welcome. Elegant, attentive, but never aloof. And then, of course, there's the location on Lake Garda, which makes the entire experience almost unreal. For me, Lido 84 is now clearly one of the most impressive restaurants in Europe—not only because of its culinary excellence, but because it achieves something far more difficult: bringing emotion to the plate.

18/03/2026: I'm starting on a sad note because you'll never be able to experience or share an experience like this again (it closes this Sunday), because I'm getting emotional writing these words, like when I ate the spaghetti I've been wanting to try for years... we were fortunate enough to experience certain flavors, certain dishes, combinations, ideas, and emotions in this place, and I hope the next time we try Camanini's dishes will be as soon as possible. On the one hand, I'd like to comment on how unique the dishes were (the photos speak for themselves) or how beautiful it was to see the perfect decor, but what we prefer to share is the kindness, empathy, and humanity that the entire staff demonstrated. It's indescribable, and it made a fantastic evening that we'll remember for a lifetime, something words can't express. I just wanted to say thank you, and we truly hope to see you again soon. 02/06/2026: Food was good, service was good, everything was good. We spontaneously decided to eat there with the family, and everything worked out well. The price was reasonable.

07/05/2026: We stopped by spontaneously looking for gluten-free dishes. They have pasta and pizza. Both the gluten-free and regular pizzas were good. The service was very friendly. We would go again.

06/05/2026: Our hotel recommended this nearby restaurant for breakfast. What a mistake! We've never seen anything like it. First day, the welcome was rather cold, the order was incredibly fast… and the service was barely a glance. We received a mediocre croissant, one slice of toast that was cold (placed, or rather thrown, without a second thought and almost at the end of breakfast), a piece of butter, and a sad-looking jam. The fruit juice was okay. Second day, ah, another waiter… just as unpleasant as the one from the day before. This time, we were given two slices of warm toast. Great! Unfortunately, the croissant was stale!… We'll find somewhere else for our remaining two days. Thankfully, there are some businesses in Rome that do their city and country proud!

06/06/2026: For work/residence reasons I happen to eat in a very very very highly rated pizzeria restaurant where national and international newspapers RIGHTLY praise it as one of the best Italian pizza restaurants, well, the one from Sole e Luna is a cut above, yesterday it was truly amazing 💯💯💯💯💯 really good

22/05/2026: I'm a chef myself and I'm very impressed with this restaurant. I ate here yesterday and had a generous bruschetta as a starter and a perfect carbonara 🤌 The pasta was al dente, beautifully creamy, and seasoned with just the right amount of pepper. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Absolutely recommended if you love Italian cuisine; they truly live and breathe it there. 🙏

The crepes are good and unique, but I personally found them to be underfilled (in fact, I had to eat two to be full) and topped with a lot of salad, which I think is avoidable. The prices are a bit high. Despite this, it was a positive experience!
