Excellent dinner at Cadrane Solaire: a warm, welcoming atmosphere, professional yet fun service that adds a touch of lightness, and excellent food.
We had Borretane onions with blue cheese ice cream, risotto with pea cream, a Valdostana (definitely worth sharing between at least two people), and delicious Auberge ice cream and a Montenapoleone meringue with Mont Blanc.
Absolutely worth a try!

Lunch in Courmayeur at Cadran Solaire.
Hearty and well-balanced dishes: the "La Favo'" with short pasta, fava beans, sausage, crostini, and fondue was excellent, as was the restaurant's own fondue, both good quality and well-executed.
The atmosphere was traditional and romantic, in keeping with the mountain setting.

This is a true dining delight at the end of Via Roma, Courmayeur. Great for big groups and also for loving, romantic couples. There’s three distinct rooms - a discrete cellar with hand-hewn cave walls exposed with its handful of tables, the buzzy central room (which feels like an exclusive club) and the front / bar which oozes traditional charm.
The menu is pure Valdaostini classics.
We enjoyed shared crudités, the char fillet and mega desserts such as rum baba (best I’ve ever eaten) & tarte tatin.
An extensive local wine list and attentive staff. What more could you want!

Magnificent lunch, a unique location with a welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by stone.
You could order anything from the menu; each dish has its own unique character. Definitely try the trio of fondues, the mogetta, and the fine meats.
A special mention for the dessert: milk gelato with cream and hot chocolate with honey. The fresh milk brought in that morning is truly delicious.
An experience worth trying at least once.

We had the pleasure of discovering this place by asking someone on the street for a good restaurant recommendation.
It turned out to be the owner!
The decor is elegant and refined, with bouquets, trinkets, silverware, and raw wood furniture.
The food and wine lists are well-crafted, and the dishes are perfectly executed.
The staff is pleasant and efficient.
The owners are exceptionally gracious, as evidenced by the thoughtful gesture they made when they recommended their own restaurant to us.
Excellent advice! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Courmayeur! Grazie!

The venue is stunning, the decor welcoming and warm. The service is impeccable. The menu helps you choose the perfect pairings. The food is excellent, with generous portions and aromas typical of the Aosta Valley tradition and beyond. I highly recommend it!

From appetizer to dessert, every dish was simply out of this world: the highest quality and meticulous attention to flavor.

Cozy and welcoming atmosphere, elegant and friendly staff, and excellent presentation of the dishes. A little more expensive than others, but worth it. I recommend the pasta with grandpa's ragù and fondue.

Excellent restaurant for both the quality of the food and the service. We went with a one-month-old baby, and they handled the situation perfectly. Furthermore, the table service was impeccable, with attention to every detail. We'll be back.

Beautiful atmosphere - felt like a fairytale. Was thrilled to find they do gluten free pasta as it’s been challenging finding food that isn’t salad or polenta in Courmayeur! They also gave me gluten free bread. Would love to come back.
