19/03/2025: Tutto quello di buono e bello che ci aspettavamo da questo locale è stato ampiamente confermato, sito lungo la riva dx del fiume tevere con adiacente la banchina di ormeggio delle barche, ha un giardino molto curato e ben tenuto ed illuminato, il locale ricorda l'interno di un veliero molto elegante, è finemente arredato, la mise en place è di livello, il servizio è eccezionalmente professionale, educato, mai invadente ma sempre pronto allo scambio conversazionale con i clienti, il menù è giusto nelle varie componenti così come la carta dei vini che è si adeguata a tutte le tasche, ma contemporaneamente di livello superiore. La materia prima è fresca e ben cucinata e presentata, l'atmosfera è romantica, il conto più che adeguato. Ottimo ragazzi, un nuovo punto di riferimento

Il cibo è buono ed il servizio veloce.
Menu tipico delle baite di montagna.
Molti piatti, tra cui gouasch e stinco, sono ottimi. Buoni anche i dolci.
La saletta ‘privata’ è proprio bella!
Consigliato.

30/03/2025: Gintilla is a very beautiful place, the atmosphere is incredible and the food was excellent.
If you're vegan and want a taste of traditional Sardinian food this is the place to go, I highly recommend the culurgiones, the seadas & the Mirto liquor!
The staff was nice and friendly, we had an amazing time there!
Would definitely come back next time I'm around !
30/03/2025: After a few weeks we had lunch in this place, what can I say? Everything was very good but the service left a little to be desired, perhaps because in previous times the girl who served us showed such professionalism and such sappy courtesy that this time was lacking, never mind!

Great in the kitchen, tasty dishes. Very reasonable price. Knowing also the splendid social purpose I can only say that from now on it will become a fixed stop. Thanks for everything.

The servers for our tasting menu were warm, attentive, and unobtrusive. Hospitality here has the same attention to detail as the food being served. Chef Antonio Guida and his team deliver a tasting menu nothing short of extraordinary. Each plate is as delicious to eat as it is beautiful to look at. It was seventeen courses, and we left full and happy but not overly stuffed. From pigeon to sea urchin to risotto to three courses of dessert featuring a special Easter bread, everything I ate was unique, delicious, and prepared in a creative way. Seta should be a destination for everyone. Chef Guida and his team have created a celebration of flavor and hospitality that will leave a lasting impression with you.
