16/09/2025: Very nice rooms (the Garden Suite even has a balcony), delicious dishes and a wide selection in the restaurant with a great outdoor area (where you can also sit for breakfast), a very friendly hostess, and a superb central location in the old town. Free parking is about 200 meters from the accommodation. It was a perfect two-night stay at the end of a crossing of the Alps!

04/10/2025: The food was delicious, especially the gamberoni pasta. There was a long line, but they adjusted the table to accommodate our group size. Luckily, thanks to their flexible instructions, we were seated quickly. The person taking our order was friendly, but when I asked about dessert, she didn't seem to understand what I was saying, and she blatantly ignored me and walked away. I was like, "Huh?" and felt bad. The food came out quickly, and when I paid, they asked for a tip, but I honestly don't understand why anyone would give one. It just felt like a typical tourist restaurant. I have no intention of returning.

05/10/2025: The word that, in my opinion, best describes this restaurant is "a true gem," which anyone who appreciates excellent cuisine should discover. The dishes, beyond being exquisite, are exceptionally good; the ingredients are top-quality and expertly prepared. The sommelier is equally skilled as the chef, and the food and wine pairings are spot-on, bringing out the best in the dishes. It goes without saying that the quality of the wines is in keeping with the restaurant's quality. Add to this a chic yet unobtrusive atmosphere, a refined yet unpretentious ambience; in short, you feel at ease. Finally, my husband and I have dined at various Michelin-starred restaurants in and outside the Valley, and our conclusions are that it's hard, even for a Michelin-starred restaurant, to match this one. For us, it's by far the best in Aosta and, frankly, one of the best we've tried so far.

The menu is customizable and offers various service options, so it's easy to adapt to your tastes and the needs of your guests. Since we already knew the place, we didn't even consider looking elsewhere. All our guests were impressed: from the quality of the food to the atmosphere, everything was appreciated. Special thanks to the family-run business, carried on with passion by the second and third generations, following the historic Gregorio. Highly recommended both for fine dining and for organizing important events. Thanks again 🧡💚

08/09/2025: I ate excellent raw ham, although the portion was certainly not large. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only flaw is that the restaurant isn't air-conditioned.

19/09/2025: Great experience from start to finish. The room is very well appointed and offers a spectacular view, regardless of the time fo day, The antipasti, pasta and secondi were all prepared well and extremely flavourful. The bar and kitchen is near the entry and you are able to see chef work his magic. The cocktail and wine list are very good as well. The staff were very attentive and went out beyond to create a great experience.It’s an easy walk and I highly recommend.

14/09/2025: We loved Caciotta Ravioli - soft, juicy and full of different flavors! Lemon risotto was also delicious and quite unique with a hint of sour lemon powder. The waiter took our plates so quickly so that one of us couldn’t really finish the meal 😁 The view is great!

12/10/2025: Fantastic fish menu—the best meal we had in Palermo and Cefalu in eight days. Today was the second time in a week we were here to eat exactly the same thing again: spada involtini, fish crudite, langoustine pasta with red gamberi, and tonno tagliata. Then we had pistachio cream with a great Marsala and a Grillo to finish the meal... it couldn't be better. Plus, the beautiful ambiance in the courtyard and the super-friendly staff... TOP!

13/10/2025: We happened on this place after walking around looking for a risotto place. It was very good. My husband had the saffron risotto and I had the mushroom risotto. Both were delicious. The bread basket served was amazing and the focaccia pieces in there made me realize why they had just the focaccia available to order, we should have ordered that as it was heavenly. Very friendly server, she was very nice and it was an enjoyable meal.

11/10/2025: Everything was delicious. I especially loved the pasta. It's a quiet place, like a family restaurant. We paid 43 euros in total for pizza, pasta, tiramisu, and two drinks.

26/08/2025: It's a hotel with a very good location, overlooking a beautiful landscape. Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent. In my experience, I felt right at home.

24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

04/10/2025: What can I say...our friends made us spend a wonderful evening at this restaurant, which offers dishes cooked with great combinations and top-notch service. The owners pampered us and recommended a delicious and tasty fish menu, to finish with a dessert trolley with various tastings mmm. I recommend 🤲👌🥂

03/10/2025: Every time I visit Montecatini, I try to have lunch and dinner there. There's always fresh fish, a huge selection of wines, a variety of desserts, and always a delicious treat after each meal, a complimentary gift from the establishment. The service, with Edison and Luigi, is always unobtrusive and pleasant.

28/09/2025: Very cozy restaurant, friendly staff. Overall the food was good but not extraordinary. We loved the interior of the restaurant. Prices were fair, enough variety on the menu.

26/09/2025: A very beautiful, welcoming location with attention to detail, including the background music. We ordered a platter of typical Aosta Valley products and, of course, polenta. Excellent dishes! The staff is attentive, courteous, and professional. Good value for money. I recommend it.

13/10/2025: We had a very pleasant evening here. The best part was definitely the food, made with quality ingredients and well-cooked. We also liked the service, with normal wait times and attentiveness to our requests. If we were to find any areas for improvement, perhaps a few more dishes could be added to the menu and the bathrooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. The price (€34 per person) was definitely in line with the quality of the food we ate.

12/10/2025: 2.5 stars because we were pushed out after barely half an hour. Too bad because the food was pretty good. The waiter spoke French, but showing up with the credit card machine to chase us out so quickly is rude...

13/10/2025: A wonderful day!!! The table setting was enchanting; my family and I had lunch practically on the lakeside. We enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. What can I say about the service? Simply PERFECT! The waiters were attentive and ready to fulfill our REQUESTS, excellent at explaining the menu and recommending portions. The quality of the food was truly TOP, TOP, TOP!!! The wine list was excellent! Congratulations, guys, keep up the good work! You're a wonderful place!!! We'll be back soon.

12/10/2025: Delicious food, really inviting burgers, a really inviting menu. I really didn't know which one to choose. I'll have to come back. The beer selection was wide, and all were truly unique! The atmosphere was truly welcoming, and the waiters were very kind! The service was prompt, and everything was really good, even my fellow diners were all very satisfied. At the end, they brought (without asking) homemade sorbet and cookies. A very appreciated gesture.
