Absolutely phenomenal! Off the beaten tourist path and so delicious. The artichokes are wonderful. Lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli and carbonate were outstanding.

We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was exceptional: tender, flavorful osso buco, rich fettuccine al ragù, perfectly baked cannelloni, a beautifully cooked pork dish, and fresh, light pasta with shrimp and zucchini. Each plate was prepared with incredible care, authentic ingredients, and that unmistakable homemade Italian taste you hope to find but rarely do. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with classic Italian charm, and the staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked in. This is not just a restaurant — it’s a place where you truly experience traditional Italian cuisine at its best. I would say really mediocre. We were really happy to find such a gem so close, but all of our dishes seemed really mediocre. My carbonara was quite al dente, bur I would say it was crunchy even... so im not a fan of raw pasta. Also very salty... But the service was really nice:).

The restaurant is in a quiet street, where you can eat in a peace of calmness, before you continue your trip in Rome. All of the waiters was kind and helpful, we got our dishes really quickly and the same tastes as we expected.

Discovered for a business dinner and was thrilled! Ristorante Abbruzzi is a true gem in the center of Rome. Roman cuisine is simply excellent: authentic, flavorful, and carefully prepared. A special mention goes to the Roman-style tripe, truly superb, one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is truly charming and welcoming, perfect for both professional engagements and a convivial evening. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. A must-try. I'll definitely be back!
