22/05/2025: We had an unforgettable dinner at this Italian gem. Every dish was crafted with care and top-quality ingredients. Starter: The raw tuna was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented – delicate in flavor and a perfect way to start the meal. First Course: Homemade ravioli with a rich, flavorful filling – pure comfort and elegance on a plate. Second Course: The roast beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked – truly outstanding. The wines were also excellent. All of this came at a very reasonable price considering the exceptional quality. Highly recommended!

22/05/2025: Made a same night ressie on Fork through TripAdvisor. Seated immediately and given homemade bread and zeppoles. Wonderful local wines at fair prices. 3 pasta dishes and one beef. All perfect. Had pistachio crème and creme brûlée for dessert...outstanding! Staff was responsive and pleasant! Deserves their #1 rating!!!!

01/05/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per una cenetta in famiglia fuori dalla nostra Napoli. Le aspettative erano molto alte dopo aver letto le recensioni e devo dire che sono state tutte ampiamente soddisfatte sia per la qualità e la bontà del menú degustazione di mare che per l’estrema cortesia e professionalità del personale (in particolare Matteo). Esperienza consigliatissima e luogo in cui tornare davvero con piacere.

30/05/2025: Had a great experience here. The staff were super friendly. The food was good and down to earth. Seems like most people who eat here are staying at the hotel? They were a little surprised to see us (Americans) but it made it more enjoyable, especially being able to try speaking a little Italian.

27/05/2025: Esta es una joya de un restaurante en la zona de Agrigento. Estábamos buscando algo fuera de la zona del centro de Trapani y encontramos este restaurante en un hotel. Tuvo buenas críticas en google. Entramos en el patio y nos quedamos sorprendidos con la belleza del hotel y los jardines. Fue absolutamente impresionante con una vista de los templos. No teníamos reservas, pero fueron capaces de encajar en nosotros. Esta fue nuestra primera comida en Sicilia y fue la mejor comida de toda nuestra semana de viaje. El personal es muy profesional pero amable. Todos estaban muy orgullosos de sus productos elaborados en sus fincas (el aceite de oliva era el mejor que teníamos). ¡Todo estaba bien! Tenían vino por copa, que estaba delicioso. Pedimos el aperitivo Zuchini relleno. Tuve el pasado del pesto trapani y mi marido comió bistec. El pasado estaba perfectamente cocinado y los sabores eran increíbles, todavía lo pienso! El postre era genial también. Todo era muy razonable. El restaurante es muy encantador, con vistas al jardín y al templo. Estuvimos allí en mayo pero me gustaría poder venir en verano cuando las mesas están fuera. Este es un restaurante muy romántico. Gracias por darnos una gran experiencia. Sin duda recomiendo venir a este restaurante y hacer una reserva

22/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza ed ospitalità nel vostro Ristorante che ci ha immersi sin da subito in un ambiente chic e raffinato dall'atmosfera calda, intima e romantica, accompagnati da un rilassante e piacevole sottofondo musicale molto apprezzato. Il servizio è attento ma discreto e lo Sraff in cucina giovane e creativo. I piatti sono ricercati e serviti con cura e passione nei tempi giusti per poterli apprezzare. Ci ha colpito la presentazione molto bella e colorata dove si nota la ricerca del dettaglio che rapisce gli occhi ancor prima del palato dove l'armonia dei sapori regala sensazioni entusiasmanti. Ci avete letteralmente conquistati!

31/05/2025: Un accueil agréable, mais la suite laisse vraiment à désirer. Service très long, cher pour la quantité et la qualité . Arrivée 12h30 départ 14h45 pour seulement trois plats . Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la personne qui a encaissé, très froide . Cela manque de professionnalisme .

However, we wish the owner would learn to count before coming to attack us and telling us there was money missing from the bill. Furthermore, she openly told us that she preferred a single payment, either card or cash, and then left in a very haughty manner. The goal is to get paid, right??? For this inconvenience, we would have liked a complimentary digestif. However, as for the servers, nothing to complain about, they were great! Thanks to them. A word to the wise...

29/05/2025: Heerlijke smoked spaghetti gegeten echt een aanrader. Rest was ook voortreffelijk. Werden ons twee soorten dessertwijn aangeboden om het verschil goed te kunnen proeven.

Excellent quality food and super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We had lunch on the terrace outside the pool with a spectacular view of the hills, all accompanied by delicious dishes and excellent selections of wines. Beautiful experience. Very good idea of ​​the tasting menu with 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course accompanied by side dishes and dessert, all at an excellent price. I recommend trying the decomposed olives on the appetizers, a real treat.

Para colmo, generosamente nos regalaron su nuevo plato de huevo en la casa, y fue simplemente excepcional, ¡muy recomendable!
