12/10/2025: For our wedding anniversary, we chose "Aubergine" thanks to the website's recommendations. Without reservations, we were able to secure a table in the evening. The welcome was friendly. The setting is very pleasant. The tables are spaced apart. You feel comfortable there. We appreciated the glass of prosecco served as an aperitif. We ate very well, dishes that you don't necessarily find in other restaurants. It was when we wanted dessert that things became more complicated. The menu is exclusively in Italian, a language we don't speak. (I speak four other fluent languages.) With the help of the slightly older waitress, we made our choice of dessert, which we enjoyed like the rest of our meal. Thank you again to her for her kindness. The chef had given up on courtesy towards us by making it clear that he wasn't looking for tourists as customers. Fellow tourists, if you want to taste the delicious cuisine of "Aubergine", please speak Italian or use an online translator.

17/09/2025: A truly meticulously crafted, welcoming, and intimate place. Attentive and friendly staff. Perfect service. Dishes were truly elegantly served. It's a shame the food was completely lacking in flavor. The pesto pasta was bland, and you couldn't taste the basil. The sea bass was rubbery and also tasted bland. Maybe we chose poorly, maybe it wasn't the right evening...what's certain is that we were disappointed.

Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

The staff is welcoming and competent, and the owner guides you with skill and passion in choosing the dishes. We trusted her and chose several first courses, each one better than the last. We also tried several appetizers: fantastic! The tartares were phenomenal. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the pairings masterfully executed. The quality/price ratio was adequate for the offerings and the location. Definitely recommended.

We found a great mix of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail, especially for children. The menu was presented in detail, something very rare these days. The food and its presentation were excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
