With the new management the tavern, specializing in meat, has certainly not lost its notoriety. Very good meat, different cuts and origins on the menu. Excellent quality and freshness, both for the meat and the side dishes. Good platters served in a very pleasant way. The desserts are truly delicious. Clean and well furnished room. Ho prenotato comodamente online sul sito del Carnicero per due persone il sabato sera ore 19.00. Siamo state gentilmente accolte da uno staff di camerieri sorridenti. Il menù vario e ricco a base di piatti di carne. Nei tavoli vicini al nostro sono state servite molte costate di manzo dall'aspetto incantevole e tanti antipasti coreografici con salumi abbondanti e quasi 'stesi al sole' in particolari vassoi. Abbiamo optato per il maialino cotto a bassa temperatura con salsa ai tre pepi e patate, preceduto da una tartare su midollo: eccezionali entrambi. Un generoso bicchiere di vino e un dessert a un prezzo complessivo più che accettabile. Gestore simpatico, cordiale e sinceramente interessato a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Cameriere gentilissime, accorte e disponibili. Una cena veramente piacevole: da ripetere obbligatoriamente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, carne squisita e personale molto gentile. Peccato che non siamo del posto altrimenti saremmo venuti altre volte.

Ottimo ristorante con specialità carne alla brace, camino ben in vista e succulente bistecche da mangiare, ma non solo. Buon servizio, cortese e preparato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, si mangia bene e si spende il giusto.
