The many different flavors made it hard to choose. I opted for two extravagant options: one with salted pistachio and rum-soaked sultanas. The second flavor was coffee with slightly salty, crunchy nut chunks. Both were incredibly delicious and exactly to my taste! My lovely companion chose two standard flavors: yogurt and strawberry, which were anything but standard in terms of creaminess and taste. The guys and gals at Gelab know how to make excellent ice cream. The service was also very good, with the added reminder that one flavor contained alcohol.

Truly exceptional gelato! We were won over not only by the intense, authentic flavor, but also by the wonderful welcome. The staff was incredibly kind and immediately made us feel at ease, chatting with us and helping us choose flavors. You can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients, and every flavor is a real surprise. Definitely one of the best gelato shops in Como. We'll be back!

09/08/2026: One of my favorite restaurants in the area! ❤️ My mother got married here many years ago, and since then, we've always returned at least a couple of times a year with great pleasure. It's become a place we've grown particularly fond of. The food is truly excellent, both meat and fish, but what I particularly appreciate is the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The service is always impeccable, attentive, and professional. A restaurant that continues to provide us with delightful evenings and one I absolutely recommend. (Their pastries are also exceptional.)
