22/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto La Maestria per festeggiare il compleanno di mio padre: eravamo in 9 e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Il pranzo è stato davvero delizioso, con piatti curati e pesce super fresco. La location è molto bella, accogliente e curata nei dettagli, e il personale…semplicemente top! Un plauso speciale a chi gestisce il locale: sono i “vecchi” della Trota, e si vede tutta la loro esperienza e passione in ogni dettaglio. Complimenti sinceri, davvero meritati!

19/03/2025: Large place with large spaces and a well-kept garden. I ate in this establishment for a party and I really enjoyed it. service staff, excellent food, excellent and above all generous and tasty portions recommended.

29/03/2025: For us, it is absolutely the best restaurant in Pescocostanzo. Unique ravioli and caramelized onions that melt in your mouth. Even the desserts, homemade, are excellent. Service and kindness from another era. The environment is spacious and you feel at home, but better. Very honest prices.

03/05/2025: We found ourselves by chance asking around in Pescasseroli and they told us to go to this pizzeria/restaurant a little outside the town. We took two pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven which were excellent, light = a spectacle, and the owner is also nice and kind.

24/05/2025: Sulmona nice place with a market on Saturday with clothes and local products. We wanted to have lunch at Gino and arrived there at 13:00. Although the restaurant is open until 15:00 and was half empty, they sent us away because "there was no room". Very disappointing

24/05/2025: Highly recommended, the service is top! Pampered with professionalism, friendliness and the right speed. Beautiful room, not too big, in an ancient building near the church of S. Maria della Tomba. Menu with quality Abruzzo dishes, extensive wine list. House dessert. An excellent stop in Sulmona.

07/05/2025: Already the sign, with this beautiful name, “Terrae Madre”, instantly captures you as soon as you arrive in Pietrasecca. Then you enter, and it seems like you're crossing the threshold of a house, with that very "village" door, in front of which you feel like knocking and asking permission. Despite the refined appearance of the place, you immediately understand that you find yourself in a genuine environment, surrounded by quality wines and homemade jams and compotes, like everything you will taste, bread, pasta, desserts, vegetables from the garden with an unmistakable flavour. The atmosphere that is created and that the owner Luigi himself helps to create, makes you feel as if all the guests belonged to one family. The attention also paid to the children (two were present during our dinner, one of which was our 1 and a half year old daughter) was exemplary. The food and cocktails, mixed perfectly, are a triumph for the palate. Crunchy and tasty bread, vegetables with a strong flavour, juicy and delicious meat that melts in your mouth. Desserts with a unique flavour. Believe me when I tell you that the Crème Caramel had a freshness, consistency and deliciousness that I had never tried before. We can't wait to return to the country to relive this experience of purity and delicacy.

01/06/2025: I am now a regular customer of Gabriele. The only problem is finding the place since it is always full but he deserves it for the work he dedicates to the Kitchen. Complete appetizer x2 with many courses of cold cuts, cheeses, fried foods, pickles, carpaccios plus hot massages that always vary. 1 kilo of aged simmental, a side dish, 2 desserts and a bottle of nerube for €20. Final bill €90 unique in the area, my best restaurant where I always come with great pleasure ❤️
