03/04/2025: When you come to L'Aquila, a stop here is a must. White pizza and fresh mortadella and peroni. Unbeatable, very well stocked with pizza, bread and cold cuts of all kinds. This time I took the white pizza with sfrizzoli but I was not enthusiastic about it, to be honest. For everything else, 10 and praise. I recommend it to everyone who passes by these parts.

26/03/2025: Undoubtedly the best pizza/focaccia in L'Aquila. I find the strange obligation to enter from one door and exit from the other and still maintain the anti-fantacovid barriers a bit out of place and out of time, by now. But that's another story.

Service and kindness from another era. The environment is spacious and you feel at home, but better. Very honest prices.

14/03/2025: BAD CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT. AVOID THIS PLACE. I went to this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, booking in advance and accepting the two-hour timer rule for staying in the shift. Nothing strange, if it hadn't been communicated to me in this ridiculous way. Disorganized service: orders are not in order of arrival but in their reservation register, so a table that arrived after me was served first... Mistakes in the kitchen and little professionalism: there were two of us, but the first course arrived wrong for one of us, forcing us to eat separately. Furthermore, when I asked to correct the mistake (the scamorza with the sausage was missing), the answer was: "start eating only the sausage". But the worst was yet to come. In the second course, a mix of meat with scamorza, I found a 5-6 cm piece of plastic melted in the cheese in my mouth. I immediately reported the problem to the waiter and the answer was: "now I'll ask the kitchen". Who knows what she asked for but whatever... After a few minutes, another waitress comes back saying that it wasn't plastic, but the string with which the scamorza is tied. It doesn't matter: it shouldn't end up on the plate. I'm offered to redo the scamorza and reheat the meat. I refuse. After a while, a new proposal: redo the whole plate. I refuse again. Then, the last straw: the waitress comes back to tell me that "there's no need to be angry, to err is human, we didn't do it on purpose". Ironic, considering that up until that moment I hadn't even protested. Shameful ending: when I get the bill, I find the plate charged. When I complain, I'm told that they calculated how much I had consumed before the accident. Incredible. I laugh, pay and leave. Any other comment would be superfluous. Avoid it.

We had bad luck on the trip and it got late, but they guaranteed us impeccable service and allowed us to have lunch anyway, with typical dishes always revisited respecting tradition, but with that pleasant and surprising touch. Simple and good appetizers, abundant and well-made first courses, tasty second courses served on special plates that retained their heat, well-prepared and delicious desserts. It was a family lunch, but I will definitely return with friends and partners to let them discover this little gem. Thanks again!

10/01/2025: We stayed last year, and we also returned on December 26th, what can I tell you, we had a very good time, compliments to the staff and especially to the kitchen.

13/01/2025: Very pleasant summer evening. After visiting the lake we stopped to have dinner at this outdoor restaurant. Intimate and romantic atmosphere. Very high quality food, the charcuterie board was something sublime, and every taste was an unexpected sensation. Also among the starters we ate the lamb meatballs which were exquisite to say the least, and to finish the beef carpaccio which was simply divine. Having skipped the first one, we went straight to the second courses, which were also very good. We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

09/02/2025: Only about 15 minutes from downtown taglicozzo, this restaurant is a jewel. The food was fantastic: I had a bruschetta followed by the pasta with sausage and artichokes, but my friends were equally happy with the gnocchi they ordered. The restaurant’s bourse red wine was a great choice and all the desserts were appreciated by all of us! We will definitely all return as this restaurant is now in our top 3 restaurants in Abruzzo💗

03/02/2025: Clean and welcoming place, excellent food in its simplicity, welcoming and friendly managers, let's say a real point of reference when you are in these parts. Pasta and beans and breaded lamb are not to be missed.
