15/06/2026: Attracted by the opportunity for my partner to eat gluten-free, we wanted to give this place a try. Run by two very kind people who are happy to chat along the way, we were literally stunned by the "Costanzo" sandwich, an explosion of bold yet well-balanced flavors. Some might argue, "They're just sandwiches," but the love, dedication, and above all, the RAW MATERIALS these guys put into every creation is incredible (so much so that we forgot about dessert and grabbed a third sandwich to share, spoiling another moment of joy). 12/03/2026: I was in Sulmona a few days ago with my family and accidentally discovered this small but magnificent restaurant. The open kitchen is already a great calling card. We ordered everything from appetizers to dessert, and everything was delicious. The dishes were generous and beautifully cooked, each perfectly balanced and an explosion of flavors in your mouth. The service was impeccable, prompt and attentive to our requests. The atmosphere was very welcoming and refined. Finally, I would like to personally thank the entire staff for the care and kindness they showed my daughter, without even charging me for the dish they prepared for her that wasn't on the menu because, for health reasons, she couldn't eat anything else. Thank you so much, and it was a pleasure meeting you...see you next time.

When in Sulmona, it's a must-visit: it's always a pleasure to return! The cuisine is refined and full of time-honored flavors and aromas; it's a shame it's closed for dinner. Reservations are recommended.

19/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and without a reservation, and they welcomed us anyway, even though the restaurant was full for a party. What can I say? The place was beautiful, but the food was truly excellent; you could taste the quality in every component of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

I eat various meals at different price points but sometimes just have a need for a cheeseburger... but gave up trying in Europe in general. But ive come to Max's several times, the service is excellent and the food has always been very good, so I said I will go ahead and try a smash burger on the menu. Omg...sooooooo good!!!!!! You will not be disappointed 😉😘 best cheeseburger in Europe💯
