04/12/2025: Spectacular Lord of the Rings-themed venue. The staff is super friendly, especially the owner's father, Vittorio, who is knowledgeable and welcoming. We highly recommend the arrosticini, which are top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

30/11/2025: The place is not very beautiful from an aesthetic point of view. As a local from L'Aquila, this is the first time I've entered this place, which I've heard a lot about, and I have to say that the 25 arrosticini weren't that great. The 5 breaded chicken pieces were good. The three mutton chops were lamb, unless the mutton was a dwarf and had a small rib cage when alive. The owner even taught me how to eat the dwarf mutton with my hands. What a joke. Anyway, the meat wasn't good and it wasn't cooked on the grill. What a joke. The 200-day-old hamburger wasn't good. The bread I had to ask for to eat it was either half dry or half reheated, I don't know. The French fries, beer, and Coke were good, I'd say. The water was excellent. I paid too much, almost 90 euros. I paid 5 covers for 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 cutlery on the table. There were 5 of us, but with a 2-year-old child. I'd say there was little attention from some of the staff...too much money in the till...being taken for a ride I won't be back...

The lamb tartare, beef aged in Montepulciano d'abruzzo wine perfectly complemented by the Salem dessert came with an avalanche of tastes and aromas that never ended. I have no words to express the culinary experience and the kindness of the staff.

17/11/2025: An Unforgettable Experience at Morgana Farm After a wonderful hike on Monte Tranquillo, we stopped for lunch at Morgana Farm, in the heart of Abruzzo... and it was a truly perfect choice! The farm is spectacular, immersed in nature and surrounded by countless animals, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere. We were welcomed by Simone, the owner: a special person, incredibly kind and truly passionate about his work. At the table, we tasted fantastic food, all carefully prepared by his wife Claudia, who is also a wonderful person. Authentic dishes, authentic flavors, and that feeling of being at home. A highly recommended place for those seeking an authentic, simple, and one-of-a-kind experience. We will definitely be back! ❤️🌿🐐

Their hospitality introduces you to a series of authentic, traditional delicacies prepared by them, which are truly satisfying. The prices are very reasonable, considering the exquisiteness of the dishes and the generous portions. 30/11/2025: Decent food, fairly good polenta, average appetizers. Overall, the portions were meager for the completely unjustified prices. €47 for a standard portioned lunch, where elsewhere I would have paid even €10 less, and all this for polenta, which, while good and made according to local tradition, was completely unjustified for a homemade dish. The wine was house wine, and we more or less had an appetizer and polenta, a few arrosticini, and that was it. Crazy, senseless prices.

21/09/2025: We had the degustation menu, which is what the chef chooses/ cooks for the day. Small dishes are served but you don't need to read the menu and choose from, and you don't share with the other guests. Each person gets their share in a small dish. So, this is the concept. The food was simply excellent! Great combinations, original, creative and satisfactory. Each dish was very tasty. I would definitely visit this town to be able to eat in this restaurant again. We had a cold white wine to accompany the dishes and this was excellent idea. Deserts are not included in the degustation menu, so you will need to choose from the menu. Again, very tasty and beautifully plated. Big applause for the chef and the team!

14/09/2025: We were welcomed even though it was almost 4 PM. They were very kind, and even offered us two side dishes. Great prices, and the food was even better. We hope to return soon!

08/12/2025: We visited this restaurant during a short stay in L'Aquila. We wanted to try some local dishes. Everything was excellent. The fregnacce, maltagliati, reminded me of my childhood. The chitarrina with white ragù, porcini mushrooms, and saffron, was our Sunday special. The arrosticini and antipasti were also excellent. The staff was extremely kind and impeccable.

The location needs no recommendations, reviews, or descriptions: it's a rare pearl in the heart of Abruzzo. The food is meticulously crafted, from the choice of ingredients to the quality, from the preparation to the plating.
