06/08/2025: A Neapolitan pizza, as it is understood in Rome, with dough almost like the one made in Naples, really good (and nice and big), excellent digestibility

02/08/2025: 4 people. Excellent pizzas, superb polenta with taleggio and porcini mushrooms, truffle chitarrine, and of course the arrosticini, combined with the courtesy and kindness of the staff, make this a highly recommended place.

07/08/2025: A small restaurant with a warm atmosphere and comforting cuisine! We loved the dishes, from the pasta and meat dishes to the chocolate desserts! I highly recommend this place, especially since the service is very friendly. I think it's best to make a reservation or get there early.

The description doesn't do it justice; it's worth trying! The owners and staff are professional and polite. The place is welcoming and bright, always clean and tidy.

30/07/2025: On an impromptu rainy evening in L'Aquila, this little restaurant welcomed us warmly. Excellent food and wine. Excellent value for money. The professionalism and kindness of the staff is particularly noteworthy, and we're certainly grateful for them, and they're certainly one of the reasons we'll be back. 🌸

21/08/2025: We had a delicious dinner, a mix of meat, lamb, sausage, and arrosticini. Everything was delicious, especially the lamb. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

02/09/2025: What a great place to dine. We ate with friend recently in the small, almost private, room. Amazing produce that created superb pasta and meat dishes. Loved it. And great montepulciano too. We got a lovely warm welcome (prob due to having Tim and Philly with us)! Go there!

10/08/2025: Rustic and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is extremely kind, putting you at ease and making you feel right at home. The kitchen is efficient: well-prepared and tasty dishes. A plus is that they're open to making any changes to the menu, a rare thing these days in restaurants where the menu is often rigidly pre-packaged. Quick and friendly service. An experience worth repeating.

06/08/2025: Superlative! This is the only word I can use to describe "Da Paolino," a restaurant I loved everything about: the location, the staff, and the food. I'd call the menu "concrete," with a varied menu but dishes firmly rooted in local and seasonal food and wine traditions! I'd say I preferred one dish over another, but in reality, everything deserves an honorable mention. The bruschetta with truffle and with scamorza and radicchio are absolutely unmissable, as are their first courses of homemade pasta made "with sincerity" (not the kind passed off as homemade and then bought at the local store or, even worse, bought at some cash-and-carry!!!). The choice of second courses was interesting; instead of meat, we chose a grilled pecorino with honey... a poetry of flavors and textures that's hard to put into words. Our self-esteem prevented us from having seconds, but it will certainly be a good reason to return. Finally, indulge in their desserts, made with a delicious, perfectly sweet yellow cream. After all, when quality and passion are put into a dish, there's no need for any gimmicks to make it better. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: A small restaurant on the street near the Hotel Olimpia, where we're staying. Excellent quality, impeccable service, speed, and cleanliness—top-notch in every way. If available, I highly recommend trying the porcini mushrooms, perhaps with a pasta dish.

14/08/2025: Recommended by friends and acquaintances, we were disappointed for the following reasons: - Very limited menu selection - Required to order at least two dishes - No vegetables of any kind on the menu - We were seated in a room next to a table with seven very noisy children, two of whom were in diapers, who were fed and changed between courses, and the staff didn't say anything... but we were told they weren't allowed to bring dogs... The two stars go to the restaurant and the good service.

09/08/2025: The hotel is modern and comfortable, with very friendly and professional staff, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent food. Ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in nature with excursions ranging from simple to more challenging, while also enjoying some relaxation. The property is located in a magical village, where you'll suddenly find deer accompanying you on your walks. Superb in every way.
