The Duca degli Abruzzi deserves 10 stars, but it's a shame they can only give it 5! Everything was perfect: spectacular welcome, very nice rooms. For those traveling with little luggage, even the attic rooms like ours are more than adequate. The real highlight, however, was the breakfast: as you can see from the photos, it was simply exceptional. A perfect start to celebrating my 🎂 birthday 😜 Highly recommended 🔝😍

A very quaint hotel in the heart of Pescasseroli. The welcome was perfect; the owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the breakfast is exceptional!

We stayed here for 3 days with my daughter Giulia and my partner. We had a wonderful time. The room was super comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and varied, the hotel was very central, and the owners were very kind. My daughter couldn't wait to come down for breakfast every morning. Thank you so much.

A truly wonderful stay! The hotel feels like a family-run business, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is generous, with quality products and everything is delicious. The rooms are welcoming, very clean, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

03/07/2026: We had dinner on a Thursday evening after visiting the wonderful town of Scanno. I found the lady who served us, who I believe was a cousin, to be truly kind and warm in explaining the dishes and their ingredients. The first courses were truly tasty and plentiful, and the meatballs with cheese and egg were delicious—you absolutely must mop them up with bread. The Montepulciano she recommended was also good. Excellent value. But the lady made the difference. If you're passing through, stop by. You'll immediately feel at home. Highly recommended.
