Andrea welcomes you, a delightful and very kind person who makes you feel at home right away. And then the food, the aromatic herbs gathered in the countryside, the exquisite composition of the dishes, the warmth of the lights, the intoxicating aroma of each course are a treat for all the senses. Dining there is like taking an imaginary journey. Andrea describes every course perfectly, you savor it even before you begin tasting it. He exudes love and dedication. It's not just a simple restaurant, it's warmth, joy... love for one's homeland. And then there's Barbara, also a very sweet person, her smile lights up her face, they are a fantastic couple. 💞 I will definitely be back and it will be beautiful... 22/08/2026: An inn of sincere and profound hospitality, pampering guests with a completely relaxed atmosphere and unparalleled professionalism. The cuisine is simply flawless and full of thoughtful touches and graceful touches only a true chef can offer: the veal with tuna sauce is incredibly tender, a dish as ancient as it is easy to mess up, especially with the delicate sauce; the mushroom with caciotta cheese transforms into a great recipe, marrying two simple ingredients with powerful personalities and not easy to pair; the chitarra pasta with zucchini and tomatoes demonstrates a focus on traditional fresh pasta with a distinctive bouquet of summery flavors; the guinea fowl leg is breathtaking, accompanied by vegetables that are by no means neglected and, in fact, incredibly fresh; the mille-feuille offered in the evening is impeccably French, with a pastry that perfectly utilizes butter and cream for perfect balance. I could also mention the excellent wines this seemingly simple establishment offers on its wine list, which in reality demonstrates great attention to detail, and the unparalleled affability that permeates the atmosphere. But I hope to talk about it in the future, because there are few places in Italy today that are worth shouting about as a gastronomic miracle as this restaurant.

23/08/2026: A charming place, with a courtyard with outdoor seating, gorgeous indoor tables, and above all, don't miss the wine cellar. We were greeted with great kindness and courtesy, and the food was delicious... in short, absolutely not to be missed.

09/08/2026: A truly welcoming place, with always helpful and courteous staff. The highlight is undoubtedly the liver and onion arrosticini: a true specialty, a must-try for anyone who comes here! Regarding the culinary offerings, the ingredients are of unquestionable quality, but there are some details that need to be tweaked: the classic arrosticini deserve a more robust cooking to bring out their best, while the supplì and desserts seemed less focused and in need of a thorough review, as did the prices, which aren't exactly affordable for everyone. The only real criticism is the management of the dining room during peak times: a few more resources would be needed at the tables, as the wait just to order can sometimes be excessive. Overall, a good experience, with very clear room for improvement that would make the place truly excellent.

06/08/2026: I rediscovered the flavors of home here. Handmade arrosticini like in the old days, delicious cacio e ove meatballs, and a spectacular tiramisu. I'll definitely be back for the courtesy and quality of the food.

08/06/2026: I'm in Celano for health reasons. Before being hospitalized, I was curious to try some typical local products, so I searched online for a restaurant. The Locanda della Madonna delle Vigne immediately appeared. Looking at some photos, I was intrigued by the place, so I decided to book. Access to the inn is via a staircase in an alley with a breathtaking view. We were greeted by Mr. Sandro, a very helpful, empathetic, and welcoming person. Sitting at the table, we looked at the à la carte menu, choosing for one an appetizer of mutton skewers with white onion and chickpeas, to say the least 😋 delicious. Then we ordered cured meats and cheeses. I was amazed. 🤩 2 first courses: gnocchi with venison ragù, which were good, but the pappardelle with sausage, saffron, and truffle were a delight for the palate. 😍 Excellent service Beautiful serving dishes, the cheeses served with fantastic fruit pairings. He delighted us with two cheeses that unfortunately I don't remember the name of, but I will always remember the taste 😍🤩😋😋😋. All this including coffee and water, €65. Blessed are you for all the delights we received... Thank you, thank you, I will definitely be back.

25/08/2026: Excellent family-run trattoria. We ordered takeout and tried the mixed cured meats and cheeses antipasto, which was simply fabulous! For our first course, we tried the homemade pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, which was equally delicious. If you don't book well in advance, you risk missing out!

23/08/2026: We had dinner for two, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is small, cozy, and quaint, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes the dinner even more special. We ate really well: we enjoyed everything we tried, but the first course in particular won us over and was definitely the highlight of the evening. The service was also good, attentive, and friendly, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a restaurant that left us with excellent memories, especially for the quality of the cuisine. If you're in Rivisondoli and looking for a quaint place to eat well, it's definitely worth a visit. Recommended!

18/08/2026: The tagliatelle were excellent. However, having to wait more than an hour for a dish isn't acceptable, especially with a young child at the table. The second course was also quite a wait.

04/03/2026: A wonderful and pleasant surprise! Everything you expect when you eat out. A welcoming restaurant, excellent service, and food where the quality of the ingredients truly shines. Without overcomplicating things, they achieve a beautiful presentation, pleasing to both the palate and the eye. The combination of quantity and quality is perfect. We tried the charcuterie board and two very tender and juicy cuts of meat—I can't even take a picture because everything was so delicious I forgot to. This is a restaurant I'd put in every town in the world so I could return to it wherever I went. My congratulations to the owner and staff!

12/08/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria almost by chance and found a lovely atmosphere, courteous and friendly staff, and excellent food at a fair price. We'll definitely be back, even with more people. We've already booked. We highly recommend it.

28/07/2026: While strolling around L'Aquila's city center with my girlfriend, we accidentally stumbled upon this beautiful brewery. Unfortunately, there were no free tables, or they were all booked. But thanks to the kindness of the staff, they found a solution for us. In addition to the vast and excellent selection of beers, we discovered they also serve food. Unfortunately, we had already booked elsewhere for dinner. Since we liked the atmosphere, we decided to stay another night in L'Aquila to book another table and be ready this time 😂. This way, we could end our vacation on a high note after gorging on arrosticini 😂. When we return to L'Aquila, it will always be a regular stop. See you soon, and thank you.

29/06/2026: The restaurant and the rooms are both beautiful. We ate hearty, high-quality traditional dishes. The service was impeccable and professional. The room was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. My wife was particularly struck by the beauty of the plants inside the restaurant and appreciated not only the rarity of the plants on display but also the artistic talent of the person tending them. We will definitely return when we're in the area again. Excellent!

16/07/2026: I came to this restaurant for the first time with a friend, Tony, an Italian-American, who is originally from the area. It's located in front of a beautiful, ancient historic church. The place is very charming, elegant, and not overly large, but very well-kept and serene. We enjoyed the tasting menu of appetizers, from beef carpaccio to cod fillet and chicken livers, all excellent dishes, exceptional, and the variety of local cheeses, including one in particular with a distinctive flavor and texture called Tritico, a true symphony of tastes and flavors. Then we sampled a chitarra, a classic Abruzzo dish with sheep's milk ragù. I complimented the restaurant's handmade pasta. We then sampled local desserts, an excellent wine cellar, and drank an excellent Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Terre Aquilane Superiori. We met the owners, who were very kind and professional in explaining the dishes and pairings to us, complimenting them on their cuisine, rich in the flavors and unique tastes of Abruzzo. I don't know the area, but as a foodie, I think this restaurant in Sulmona is a beacon of the fine cuisine of this beautiful city. Highly recommended, it's worth the joy of coming to taste their dishes. Returned after a year, the atmosphere is always pleasant, coming to taste other dishes of your traditional Abruzzo cuisine, from garlic sprouts to your pasta, with fabulous compliments to the chefs in the kitchen.

16/02/2026: Every town should have a place like this, I would say a full 5 star, for the welcoming atmosphere, rich aperitifs accompanied by a vast choice of top wines and last but not least the owner is delightful.
