01/02/2026: It's a charming place in the center of L'Aquila, where I enjoyed excellent carpaccio and excellent pappardelle with saffron and artichokes. The service is good, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

24/01/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because, for me, a restaurant's service is the foundation of everything. I've booked a Sunday lunch reservation twice via text message on Wednesdays, but no one answers, only to see it after 5 minutes. I called several times throughout the day, but no response. Today, which is Saturday, I tried again to confirm the table despite having received no response. And, as luck would have it, they responded: "Good morning, I'm sorry, but unfortunately we no longer have availability for Sunday..." So, to avoid taking reservations, they don't respond, but to tell you at the last minute that they don't have a table, they respond immediately. Well, I'd say the service is TERRIBLE, get a secretary or you'll close early. Food: 3 stars. APPETIZER: lousy, either order one more or you'll starve. FIRST COURSE: good. PRICE: excessive for what you get. All in all, I would never recommend it.

19/01/2026: Even though we had to call at the last minute, they managed to find us accommodations. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who was very helpful and kind. The delicious local dishes, homemade deserts, and the pleasant atmosphere of the location will make you fully appreciate the experience. We also really enjoyed the samples and the complimentary liqueur. We will be happy to return :)

I tried the pan pizza, which was very good, both for the quality of the dough and the ingredients. I'm curious to try the first courses, which looked inviting; I'll be back.

06/12/2025: Located in the heart of L'Aquila's city center, just steps from the illuminated fountain. The restaurant is small but welcoming, clean, and well-organized. Its style is minimalist yet essential. It goes without saying that the main dish is the infamous handmade arrosticini. The classic ones are fabulous, and the liver ones are divine! The staff are friendly and attentive. I will gladly return if I'm in the area again! Highly recommended. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

We ordered a soup (too watery), a side dish (by the time we got to the table, the kitchen had no more available after we'd ordered it (heck), a sliced ​​steak with arugula and parmesan, and a salad instead of the sautéed vegetables (as a fallback). The waitress, seeing that I was looking for a side dish, couldn't have told me after I'd ordered it that the arugula was abundant on the plate, as a side dish, without making me order the salad? Arugula and parmesan on the side, meat on the other. No service, managing a large room with only two girls, the feeling of rushing around, neglecting and abandoning customers... When it came time to get the bill, done in a rush like in a movie... I pointed out a mistake on my menu that arrived at my table, on the price of the sliced ​​steak, I was 14, while the bill was 18. I pointed out the mistake, she opened 2/3 menus for 10/11? On 2/3 it was 18. She didn't want to check the mistake (on the wrong menu) because she was in a hurry, she refunded me the 4 euros that I didn't even want (thanks), my feeling was different. That's how it went...

The farm is spectacular, immersed in nature and surrounded by countless animals, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere. We were welcomed by Simone, the owner: a special person, incredibly kind and truly passionate about his work. At the table, we tasted fantastic food, all carefully prepared by his wife Claudia, who is also a wonderful person. Authentic dishes, authentic flavors, and that feeling of being at home. A highly recommended place for those seeking an authentic, simple, and one-of-a-kind experience. We will definitely be back! ❤️🌿🐐
