Intimate, minimalist, and elegant design. The maitre d' and the dining room staff create a simple yet warm atmosphere. Refined and original dishes, with Abruzzo roots clearly evident. Special mention goes to the tortello alla ventricina and the lamb, both of which are unbelievably tender.

I visited the "Materia Prima" restaurant. It's a place with meticulous attention to detail, elegant, refined, and welcoming. I chose this restaurant for their tasting menu, which immediately proved to be an explosion of flavor and quality. The presentation of the dishes, paired with excellent wines, was nothing short of delightful. I thank the chef and his entire staff for their culinary journey, who have brought expression and flavor to their dishes, which embody passion and creativity, as well as the use of top-quality ingredients.

The restaurant has ample parking, overlooks a lake, and the view is pleasant, especially at lunchtime. I recommend making a reservation because there aren't many seats. The menu offers a limited selection, focusing on quality over quantity. The beef tartare was excellent, while the fresh pasta with truffles was slightly overcooked, but that can happen. The dessert was excellent, the price was more than fair, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it!

We dined at this gourmet restaurant with a lakeside terrace. All the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was attentive but at times a bit rushed. The location is worth it, although upon entering the room, there was a lingering cooking smell that shouldn't be noticeable. The prices are decidedly high for the experience.

The service is impeccable: discreet yet always present, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who recommend tasting menus and food pairings, without ever being intrusive. The carefully crafted atmosphere makes the venue ideal for a romantic dinner, a sophisticated occasion, or simply to indulge in a truly relaxing evening. We chose the seven-course tasting menu, thoughtfully structured with three appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert from the menu. The option to customize the menu with a few variations is appreciated, albeit at an additional cost, confirming the desire to satisfy even the most discerning palates. The sequence of dishes reveals a cuisine that is both modern and rooted in the region. The carpaccio is memorable, fresh and well-balanced, reflecting a commitment to the finest ingredients. The tortelli stuffed with ventricina are full of character, a dish that combines refined technique and local identity, with a rich filling balanced by balanced toppings. An elegant, modern, welcoming location. On the veranda, spectacular view of the lake, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, fast, prepared, kind staff, impeccable service. Careful, classy plating. We tasted every single dish, well-defined and delicate flavors, the "plin" an enveloping taste. It was a beautiful experience, unique emotion, gourmet journey, very high quality in everything, to be repeated. Truly top, to be tried. Fair prices

Forma Contemporary Restaurant

26/04/2026: Hands down one of the best dinners I’ve ever had in Italy. You can have 6 courses of your own choice for 60 euros (mind you: not a fixed menu, and you get to choose whatever from the menu you’d like - that’s great service). We had a lovely tartare and asparagus as antipasti, duck ravioli as primo and two secondi: Lamb and cow. All of it was beautifully served, and all of the dishes were wonderfully balanced. The owner has worked in some of Copenhagen’s top restaurants - and it shows - while all of the dishes still manage to feel both local and authentically Italian. Thank you for this great experience. We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Abruzzo again.
22/02/2026: Everything was excellent ✨ The vegetarian menu was incredibly good, and what about the kombucha? I think it was one of the best I've tried so far. We'll be back to try other good things.
