If you want to eat like a starred chef but without being presented as a mannequin... a special place, high quality, and familiarity.

1 small grilled porcini mushroom, 1 Orapi omelette in a 10cm-diameter pan, a plate of gnocchi with a hint of ragù, 1 fried dish consisting of 1 artichoke segment, 1 zucchini flower, and a pinch of borage, 2 red wine tastings (we didn't order from the menu, but it was a wine to be served by the glass), 2 coffees with 3 dry biscuits (a tartlet, an oil and wine ring, and a miniature Brutto Ma Buono) for 112 euros. No complaints about the quality of the products, which is absolutely top-notch, but the quantities are truly minimal, so much so that the bread (also good) is offered repeatedly, perhaps to fill rumbling stomachs. I'm not arguing with the price per se, but the price is relative to how much we ate. I hope this review is interpreted more as a suggestion than a criticism, because that's the spirit in which it was written. Good luck.

Ottimo! Very Friendly and helpful from the time we make our reservation over phone. Delicious food. Beautiful decor. Friendly diners. I enjoyed it very much! We were actually driving through Carsoli and we were so happy that we chose this restaurant!
